i have joined in assurgent technology solution a software company (kolkata based). i have given a security deposit of 1, 00, 000 which is to be returned after complition of training and probation period. we about 100 employee in bhubaneswar was there for training of 3 months witout any stipend, after that the compnay members had fledaway without giving any trianing and without returning our security deposit. so i am in a very harashing situation. commiting suiside may be the last hope in this recession season. please help me .

I am also one of the murgaa made by Assurgent Company they have taken my RS- 50, 000.00 and did not return it as per the terms and condition. I am surprised that about 700 Candidate were cheated by this company and the IT ministry is doing nothing for the settlement, the case is pending with the Kolkata Court from 2008 i.e more or less 4 years, what i want to say ki judge loog ko kya cheating case solve karne main itna der laagta hai, ya phir unke haatho main kuch mil gaya hai jo ki unka pen likhana baandh kaar deya hai, saalo nahi saamjh main aata hai toh hume durgapur wali jamin jo ki Assurgent k naam paar hai waahi de do, hum ussi main dukaan khol k kuch toh kaama le jisse ki hum apna pet bhaar sakein... Saala stamp paper per transaction hua hai toh bhi koi sunwai nahi ho rahi hai, kya desh hai humara or hum kaahtein hain ki hum azad hain...

Baidynath I could make it out you problem but I guess just posting on blog would not work, What I would suggest you to make the follow up from the from CBI as they are doing the investigation .If you would have any other choice please mention in the post .

Hie... iam(srinivas challapalli) another victim cheated by same company on the same date...we really don't know how to track information about the case ans really donn know how to get at least some of our money...if anyone know information please provide in this blog.

Guys.. Santosh Kr. Panda from Orissa, Bhubaneswar. Victim of the same.. but time moves on. still can't forget these cheaters. But, the Govt. helpless in this case. they have also got their percentage from them. itzzz wasting time nothing else. I have struggled 6 months by going to the local police station... lastly they said " WHO TOLD YOU TO JOIN THERE...Rascals...

I am also victim of Assurgent. In June, 2008 they came to my college for campus recruitment and hired nearly 100 candidates by conducting written test and followed by technical interview. They had rolled out the offer letters and mentioned 1 Lakh rupees security deposit towards Assurgent company. The amount will be given back to the candidate once the 6 months probation is completed.

I am from Viswantha Institue to technology and Management, located in Visakhapatnam district and the college management was insisted a lot to make the 1 Lakh payment towards the fraud company. After few months we came to know that the company had shut down.

So far we have not received any amount from them. This is a classic HI-TECH cheating. I suggest government not to encourage these fraud activities by keep themselves silent.

Few of my batch mates were borrowed money at 2/- rupees interest and they were totally went to the depression and got the suicidal tendencies.

Government should act proactively and pass the bills in such a way that - Any company (non-IT) asking money to the candidate while joining will be punishable.

Better India vision is nothing but best actions at right time!!!

even i am victim of this bloody company..those fellows have given me a cheque which is post dated...i lost my career monry and time...i felt happy being placed and...am still blank till date sandeep raj..am working as asst prof now.the bloody nicco ventures who conducted the interview.i met these guys at maharaja college vzm, they again came with new company.if any one has any solution please post
