I received a message on my mobile today at 4:30 am telling me that i have won a USD 380, 000 from atlas euro lottery. with a ref no with it. An e-mail address too THAT IS: [protected]@msn.com. It says to contact Mr. VICTOR. Kindly help. And if its a joke I'll sue the person responsible for this.

Never ever believe such sms... It is a new innovative way to cheat. They will collect the 21000 and vanish without a trace.

We received a call from the Thailand Financial Intelligence Agency (TFIA) Saturday evening, 26th of September 2009 demanding that I should come to their office for a matter that requires my urgent attention. I could not go considering how busy I was in the office, I went to answer their call today and they questioned why my office did not pay the 1% of the value of the bank draft we are sending to you. They examined the parcel we are sending to you at the Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Bangkok - Thailand and found out that a bank draft o[censored]S$380, 000 is in it without a coverage from their office.
I explained to them that we did not commit any crime as the bank draft is a lottery winning. They maintained that the financial regulatory body of Thailand promulgated a rule that any transfer of fund in excess o[censored]S$20, 000 going out must be certified by this Government Watchdog. Hence, the bank draft needs clearance from TFIA evidently stating that the winning fund a lottery winning and shall not be used for any unlawful activity thereafter.
