ATM — WRONG DEBITED AMOUNT OF Rs 4000/-

I have atm of pnb a/c no. [protected]
While I was using ATM OF ICICI BANK PALASA for transsection of amt 4000/- only but the same amount deducted & debited from my account on 05/10/2009 .I called helpline [protected] OF THE PNB, BUT NO Complainet is been taken . So I request You to pls adjust the same amount ie Rs 4000/- and credited in my account.Thankyou
