The message below will give an idea of the problem I have with M/s Auto Cop Pvt. Ltd. (Hyderabad Service Centre) regarding their faulty Piranha Car locking/security system.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm sorry to draw your attention for the unreasonable/unhelpful attitude of your Hyderabad service centre.
I booked a telephonic complaint on your Hyderabad phone number[protected]Complaint No. 51/4 dated 24.9.2009) regarding malfunctioning of the front left door Piranha auto-lock. It was not responding to the remote. After about a week of lodging the complaint and repeated reminders, a mechanic came to attend the problem. The mechanic DID repair the lock, which is now responding to the remote. But in that process, he completely maimed the Siren system, which was functioning perfectly till then. He left the car in that condition.
Since last one week, I am calling your Hyderabad number everyday several times. Everytime, I am promised (indeed your people are very polite on phone) that a senior technician will definitely come before evening 20-00 hrs. This has been repeated today as well.
On your Manual, you have 'guaranteed peace of mind'. In practice, it is just the opposite. The autolock was installed only on 2 Dec.2008. About two months' back, it ran into trouble for the first time. This is the second occasion - still to be solved. And I find no headway.
Are you not bothered about your reputation? How can you leave your (valuable??) customers in a helpless situation?
