I had a CAR Insurance with TATA AIG. when i made the premium via cheque, i got the certificate etc. all was over in 2008. In 2009, when i asked for renewal, then only i realized that my policy has expired in 2008 itself. NO ONE has reverted to me about this... After a lot of struggle i found that, their person has changed the DATE in the cheque and it was rejected by bank... but TATA AIG team has NOT INFORMED me about this .
I was running in a danger for a year... Also now i have LOST my NO CLAIM BONUS which i accumulated in the past 5 years.. ...

Sir,Iam fwding this complaint on behalf of my policy no.[protected] of the vehical of Ram Singh ( maruti aulto lx Engine no. 35062761, Chasis no. 1134163 Registration no. DL 8CP 1594.
I have fwd one letter to the manager as well in mumbai to know under the R.T.I act of the information as my claim was not sanctioned completely and iwas misbehaved by the serveyer and the dealer so want that some one get back to me on my phone no. to get the more details and i have already fwd this matter of concern to "Consumer Forum" so pls dont take it lightly and respond on the same.. ...
