Tampered meter-Overcharging commuters daily (auto rikshaw no MH 03 M 6414)
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Manish a resident of Santacruz, S V Road, , Mumbai. This is to lodge a complaint and bring to your notice that the Auto-Rickshaw number MH-03 M 6414 in particular has been charging high fare through tampered meter.
Example: on 13th May ,The fare for travelling from linking road Bandra West to santacruz West near Reliance mall is Rs.28/- where as if one travels by above Auto rickshaw it will come to Rs.37/- with the meter indicating 3.30, These Auto rickshaw goons have a strong lobby who are not scared of the authorities, this is a mere mockery of our system as well as the RTO and traffic police
Kindly Take some urgent action.
