Am from Bangalore, Today i traveled from Chickpate to Mudalpalya (near vijaynagar), at first the auto person asked to give 20 Rs extra on the meter saying "Sir as there is heavi traffic while reaching ur place plz give 20Rs on the meter" so i told take to a place where there is no traffic i will give u 50Rs extra... so he just laughed and asked once again then i refused to give. Later i got into the auto and the meter was started. Believe it or not the meter was as fast as a Dukati bike... and whe i reached my place it was 86 Rs .
Normaly it will take 60-65 Rs and i paied 86 Rs after all heavy argument. This is really bad and some action need to be taken by government on this.

Autorickshaw — Autorickshaw fare
MH02 RA 7707 - This autorickshaw meter is absolutely ridiculous. I travelled from Goregaon to Andheri at 7:40 am (when there is no traffic whatsoever). A normal and accurate meter reads 50 Rs, however this meter read 70 Rs. The points in the meter fell 2 at a time (e.g., if the meter read 1.20 it would directly fall to 1.40 and so on) the auto rickshaw driver was not even ready to accept that his meter was wrong, on top of that his language was completely filthy.I paid him only the normal fare and also noted down the autorickshaw number for complaining. Please do not travel in this autorickshaw and if someone is really paying attention and has authority, do something about it.
