My mom and myself went for grocery shopping at inorbit - malad. The security ask the main gate guys to send some auto for pickup. The auto no MH02-TA 2861 came started asking where you want to go we said ahead bangur nagar, he immediately said no i cannot take you because i was expectly a long journey. We told how does it matter its long journey or short who have come to pick up the passanger and its duty so he ok i wil take Rs.20/- luggage we said why should we pay luggage when only two of traveling and when we are grocery and our meter will be hardy 12-15/- and we have 20/- for luggage. He said there no rules that am suppose clarify you may get down from my auto if you cannot pay what am asking for and forced us to get down from the auto but meanwhile the other auto came he dropped us for 15/- rupees without luagge.
So we need to ask there is no justice to these cases when an old lady at 10:00 pm who knows the rules and regulation asking him if you cant take us then lets go police station he says what police will do. I want the this driver to punished and let him reliase that he cannot choose his option for public transport he is suppose to do his duty with justic.
