The auto rikshaw drivers outside Hariganga Society, near RTO office, Yerwada Pune charge extra to go to any nearby place. I take auto from Hariganga to IBM Office, Near Don Bosco Chowk. The auto driver asks for rupees 25 to rupees 30 and if I ask them to charge as per meter they refuse, They themselves don't come and don't allow other auto drivers to come either. There is a group of auto drivers there always who are very rude with the public and overpower the passengers and demand more money. I am not sure what is the best way to deal with them.
