auto — Refusing the customers to o to his destination

The is lot of problem faced at Andheri East out side the railway station for office goers.
First of all the roads are blocked due to metro rail work .Now in this road the auto drivers do not take us where we want to go .they just refuse .This happens from 9 to11in the morning ,I request RTO to take action against the auto drivers and also request an traffic police to stand at that spot where the auto stops during this time to fine the auto drivers who refuse to take passengers to their destination.

A quick action is appreciated

Rickshaw number "MH02 UA 1527" refues to come from Borivali station (W) to Don Bosco school at 9.15pm of[protected] and refues to show driving licence or batch number of driver.

Kindly do ligal procedure against rikshow owener

Driver should not get any licence with him.

Do needfull & co-operaterte to public.

take action as early as possible to stop curruption.

Every morning I start my day fighting with the auto guys which is extremely annoying.a police man gave me a number and I was told that I can complain from any landline phone in case any auto guy refuses to go.And if any auto wala has three or more complains registered against them then their license is bound to get canceled.But the problem is I can never get through this number to lodge my complain.Is this some kind of a joke??The number that I was given is [protected].

So where should I go for help?Is there no solution to this problem?

Today two autos refused to take me from Yaari Road to Fun Cinemas.One even fought with me and lied to me saying that he needs to repair his auto.Later I saw him taking a passenger who wanted to go to Bandra.

The numbers are 1) MH 02 QA 421
2) MH RA 9706

Please help!!I am really fed up with this system!!

Dear sir / madam,

I wish to register a complaint against auto no :- MH 03M 8181.

The auto refused to ply to Mulund west when i was boarding from Mulund east.

When i threatened to lodge a complaint against him he replied to go ahead and do whatever you like and that no complaint is taken seriously.

Please request procedure to take action against him
