Auto Rickshaw — OVERCHARGE

Address: Ernakulam, Kerala

I hired an Auto from Highcourt to Cemetry Jn,Cochin. Usually no one is running their Rickshaws by meter in this area. I pay Rs.25 - Rs.30 every time from Highcourt to Cemetry Jn. But Auto KL07BN6195, charged extra(Rs.40/-) even after I said that rest of the people charging Rs.25 - Rs.30. Also I repeatedly said that put the meter. But the driver didn't put the meter.

Rickshaw — Overcharge

Some rickshaws in Malad West , Malwani area have their meters rigged, leading to overcharge for the customers.
Eg. Rickshaw No MH02 TA127

Kindly have this checked.

auto — over charge

I took an auto from jayanagar 4th block to Dairy Circle.. The charge was 15 rs.. As i got down ,He forced me to give double the charge.. I was giving him the exact amount.. He didnt accept it and said dont give me anything..I gave him the exact amount and started moving and he started following me, as i turned back he started fighting and demanded me to give double the charge.. I was not interested to fight with that driver and gave him the money as he was not letting me to go and I was in hurry so I gave him.. His driver license no is 8548. Action must be taken against him.Its not just about the money,its about the harrasement.
