Everyday I need to travel from home to Goregaon Rly stn. by rickshaw.
Today on 03/12/09 in morning 8:30 am I have taken one rickshaw no: MH-02 RA5133, whose driver was constantly using some bad words for someone he must have quarrelled with and very annoying . He not even put the meter down even though i insisted him so many times for the same.
When we reached Goregaon station, i offered him Rs. 100 , because i didnt have any change at that time. For this he used real bad words for me and said very rudely "go and get it from whereever u can". After when somehow i managed to get the change from some near by shops and offered him with Rs. 10 and asked him Bhaiya give me back Rs.1 , because its usually Rs.9 , again he used unbearable bad language and did't gave me back Rs.1. Its not the matter of Rs.1, its how they are behaving with their customers, using unnecessarily bad language, which really turns you off. Not only that, even after this much when i told him that i will file a complaint against him because of misbehaviour, he said "do whatever you can, nothing will happen" and that to confidently.
Please check his meter.
If such things remain unchecked then none of these rickshaw wals will ever bother to speak nicely to their customers.
I will be thankful if such issues will be taken care seriously coz that really very
disturbing & may coz risk for any person.
Generally there is no source for such complaints & people are not sure that
there complaints will be considered seriously. I came to know about this site
& I think it is very comfortable medium if taken seriously.
