I have an frustating experiance with BAJAJ ALLIANCE motor vehicle policy. As per the norms i have paid insurance amount for my vehicle. With in a month my vehicle right door got damaged in accident. I call BAJAJ ALLIANCE customer care for the claim. They said ok and i got repaired my vehicle and got back. Two days later my my insurance agent call me and informed that u there is additional accessory detuctable in my insurance policy and u have signed in that document. So u have to pay Rs.10000. But while signing i have seen only 0 was written in that paper. But such policy was not informed to me earlier and without my knowlege 0 has been changed to 10000(Note: they will mention only number(0) not in words(zero). They can change thet 0 to 10, 100, 1000, 10000 and so on.Likewise after getting my signature he changed 0 to 10000 for geting extra commision. In a same passion i have been cheated by this company.

In the general interest of my people, I would wish to inform the fraud of major
Private insurance companies in India. At the time of enrollment their promises
are many but they fulfill nothing.
I am holding a Bajaj Allianz Health card having it’s:
Policy # OG[protected]-00083918
ID card # STR[protected] Valid Upto: 19 Aug 2010
With reference to the above card, at the time of enrollment the agent had
taken all the details along with a Cheque against which there were
number of written promises. Now when I tried to claim my hospitalization
charges, after along wait of two months and fulfillment of various documentary
requirements, the company has now denied the claim because as per them at
the time of enrollment the medical data given was improper. This is fraud,
because now if they quote that I was not eligible for Insurance then they
should have done my medical check before issuing the insurance certificate
and also not accepted my premium. I hope our constitution have some
regulation to save the public from these kind of fraud companies
Moral is, all these Private insurance companies are accumulating tons of
money from our people and our government is again waiting for a major
scam. I would please request the authorities to intervene and take stirict
action against such companies.

Bajaj Allianz — Fraudulent
had taken two Unit Gain Plan through an agent of Bajaj AllianzKailas Plaza PattomTrivandrum 4 Kerala Policy No:[protected] started on Jan 052005 and [protected] started on June 01 2004 and paid full premiums of Rs10000 each for three years. The agent had said that i had provision for full withdrawals after three full paid premiums and that its optional for me to pay premiums after that and the money Ihad paid could anytime be withdrawn by me. I asked for full withdrawal this year after 5 years for which they gave two cheques dated 27 Aug 2009 for Rs.26285 and Rs26992 even though they had assured a sum of Rs50000 each at the time of joining the policy not even the money I had saved and deposited.Now they are sayingthe policy premiums term is of 09 yearsand Rs.50000 is a Sum assured for that you have to pay premium for 09 full term years. How can the sum be just 50000 when you had pay full premium for 9 years and the would amont to Rs90000.

I would give you some practical advice
1.First understand and accept that most of the insurance companies will try to negotiate/avoid the claims by considering their own benifits..If you are daring, face it legally.
2.If you are smart, check with your family doctor about benifits and disadvantage of the health insurance policy before joining. Don't invest your money in unreliable health insurance
3.Other option is, you never go for any medical insurance policy, instead you open a recurring deposit in your saving account/put up a reasonable amount for your health related issues.This is your money, you can take it at any time.

The details pertaining to the case of Mr. Ankit Hasmukh Kasla are as follows, 1.Claim intimation received at HAT on toll free no. on 27/03/09 and claim registered towards the same. 2.Claim documents received at HAT on 01/04/09 for admission in Sadanand Danait Hospital-Jeevan Vikas kendra for Convulsions aith Hypertension. 3.However the discharge summary was scratched to conceal the past history mentioned on the same.(copy attached).4.Hence claim handed over to investigator to rule out the past medical history with duration for Mr.Kasla on 08/04/09. 5.Investigation report submitted on 23/04/09 revealed that the insured was admitted for Obstructive Hydrocephalus for VP shunt and Hypertension on 22/07/07.(copy attached) 6.The proposal form for Star Package policy received from the insured on 16/08/07 without any declaration (copy attached). 7.Hence in the view of above facts the claim was repudiated on 04/06/09 as per policy clause C1 and 13a as the ailment is pre-exiting to the policy inception and the same was not disclosed on the proposal form.
