[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance — regarding PF

Dear Sir/Madam,
As i have been sent my complete form for
provident fund to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurace Co. Ltd. Indore Office
(M.P) by 5th of April 2011 and it is processed and received at PF office
Pune on 16th of August 2011,as i confrmed it by telephonic discussion,they
told me that it will credit in my bank account within 45 days,now 6 months

are over i have not received my PF yet, i dont know what to do?* *I m

continuously calling in PF office but no body is picking up my call,i dont
know to whom i should ask regarding as i dont have any offiicial email id
of PF office Pune.
Pls do some solution on urgent basis as its been almost 6th
months,not getting any proper reply.Pls find attachment.
