Sir, This is to inform you that I purchased HP Pavilion Desktop A6440IN bearing serial No.INA8100G78 along with 19" TFT Monitor bearing serial No.30Q8181T83 for the sum of 34, 270.00 on[protected]. I took the same with loan assisted by S.V.Technologies, Tiruapti branch from your company i.e Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, Tirupati branch. I gave post dated cheques of Rs.2773 as EMIs and honoured all the cheques till date. My last cheque was also presented for payment in the month of February 09. I requested this Bajaj Auto Finance company several times to issue NOC and all my efforts went in vain and there is no response from them. I have been requesting by way of emails, personal visits and phone calls more than 20 times at regular intervals for the past 3 months. Now they started telling me “We will not issue and do what ever you want” The details of the HP agreement is as follows. Agreement Number:[protected] Reg. Not issuing NOC after clearing full loan amount requested this Bajaj Auto Finance company several times to issue NOC and all my efforts went in vain and there is no response from them. I have been requesting by way of emails, personal visits and phone regular intervals for the past 3 months.
i am from bharuch and bharuch office not take any action for my noc this office man only take money office nd not given answr regulerly past four months

Yes, They are not giving any NO DUE as confirmation of the repayment. Even my experiance is, they says that we can give you a statement of the the loan account on chargeable basis and for that you have to come to our BAFL office.

so you have to take a leave from the office and have to go and bag for the statement !!!
