This Devaraj from Bangalore i had purchased Bajaj Disover 135 Cc bike from Kalyani Bajaj and finannced by M/s.Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd,Pune.vide Loan Proposal No,168732 for Rs.25,200.00 (Twenty fiv thousand two hundred and only).EMI 2100/month for 24months.I had complited my EMI on 15/11/2009.I had called up to their customer care Toll freeno.[protected] and spoke to Mr.Dattatraya and Narendra regading my outstading aloan amount.They are saying that in the month of Nov'2008 ECS bounced and for that bouncing charges Rs.350.00and lat payment charges of Rs,150.00 totaly 500.00.Now they are ask me to pay 2400.00,they telling the diffrencial amount is 1900.00 towrds over due charges.I had requested to wayoff this OD amount and ready to pay 500.00 which is payable.No one of this company ready to help in this regards.They had provided Mr.Praveen of Bangalore office whose Mobile nO.[protected] which is ringing for more than 5 time no answer.
I am reaquesting yo to looking in to this it is very very seriouse,this is not the first time Bajaj Finance more that two times it is came in the TV-9 of Kannada with customer complaint.
Please do the needfull and oblige me.
