[Resolved] Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. — Not getting the NOC

I had taken finance for a Two wheeler in June 2008 from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. for which I have paid all their EMI's in time till June 2009. In June 2009, I made the balance payment in single installment of Rs. 21, 023- through DD no. 027806 Dtd.[protected] drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. I received the receipt of the same (Receipt no. AF[protected] from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd.'s local office at Kolhapur & My loan a/c was supposed to be foreclosed. But still I received an SMS from the Finance company on[protected] instructing to make arrangements for the payment of EMI for Rs. 1, 241/- due on[protected]. Also, I wanted to sell out the above mentioned Two wheeler at the earliest but still almost after 3 weeks, I haven't received the No Objection Certificate as well as the blank cheques taken from me. So, I can't sell it out untill I receive the NOC. Details of the case: 1. Name - Mr. Dattatray M. Navangule. 2. Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd — Not getting NOC

I have taken loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. for Bajaj Platina Vehicle No. MH-15 CA1280.
I have paid all EMI through ECS clearing. The payment was never bounced. The BAFL loan representative are following me for new fresh personal loans due credibility and on other hand inspite of several reminders on Toll Free number I am not getting NOC.

I wanted to sell out the above mentioned Two wheeler at the earliest but still almost after 3 weeks, I haven't received the No Objection Certificate as well as the blank cheques taken from me. So, I can't sell it out untill I receive the NOC.
