[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto Fn — Extra amount Of EMI deduction

Address: Hooghly, West Bengal

I have purchased A LCD TV from great eastern serampore by taking a CD loan from Bajaj finserve it was agreed that the loan amount will be recovered through 8 equal EMI of Rs 1084 throuhg ECS. Now they are deduducting Rs 1240 from my saving account. The company did not respond and also misbehave over telephone.

I took an AC for 8 months loan they Dr 3025/- twice from my account, after constant mailer they provided me a number[protected] Mr Asheesh Gupta for collection of the draft, number is always busy.

I have also tried a lot on this number, but as mentioned above it remains busy.
