Till Date i have not receive my RC Every time when i am calling to showroom they replyed that it will take 20 days .... i am old customer of bajaj and i have full faith on company. but this time iam dejected and i never set my foot in bajaj .showroom again if i wont get justice this time , its allmost 5 month. and i not receive any comunication from showroom . Concern person of showroom is :- Vijay NO:-[protected], every time when i am calling his number he says give me 30 min. and i will call u back and he never called me. (Concern person in showroom is completley irresponsible)

I Have Spent 70000 Thousend for the bike may be. iam a middle class person this amount is very big for me may be company have no values for customers . plz help me i[censored] can.

    sir
    my bike engine overall in u r authriesed service centre ( royal automobiles rohtak road nangloi delhi-41) on date on[protected] & recived my bike on date on[protected]vehical regn no-DL4SAY5165 and job-no JOB/101071.

    problem is pickup & some sound in my bike ur engennier advised him for engine overalling and after this ur bike is ok no problem in pickup and sound problem .
    i sumbit my bike in ur service centre as mentioned above . on reciving time bike is as its as problem. i m asking ur engennier problem is as well as, engenier said after first service(500km) no sound in ur bike. after service problem is as well as then enginier said change the head (Rs 4000/-)then ur bike is ok otherwise problem as well as .

    wat did do ur engineir in overalling time they charge for it Rs 7748/-

    3s BL 3388 and its engine was built by Bajaj Auto I 12:12:09 I ambe, which I have Hari nager Badarpur New Delhi.44 1:09:10 Now I have lost the engine. Ambe Bajaj Auto, which is refusing to Warrente I bike when I built the engine when he did not notice me like that's bad if your bike future I would Warrente I fix it so we will not if I would have already given such information, I get on my bike's engine takes you anywhere that you Anurodh warranty on my bike I should to please.

Jait Pur Badar Pur Branch Ne Mere se Rs.1500/- liya or ab phir se meri byke Dhuan De rahi hai jab Ki 23600 KM sirf Chali hai ab aap bataye ke waranti kis baat ki deti hain na to meri byke 30000Km chali hai na hi 2 Year pure huane hain isliye main aap se request karta hun ki please meri complain per dhyan diya jai.

      Dear Sir.

      I have brought pulsar 150 on 2nd april 2010 from KLN automobile anna nagar, show room. The front head lamp complete assembly was shaking while riding and it started vibrating heavily recent days.

      I took the bike to the KLN Service station in anna nagar and ask them to get the head light doom assembly get tighten. Mr Santhose who was on service supervision. Put a job card for that, I asked him for a matter of tightening the screw why I need a job card to be filled. He said it a procedure of entry for every vehicle getting inside the service station. I agreed its good system.

      He took the bike inside for tightening the screw of the head lamp and I was waiting for more than one hour and I asked Mr Santhose for a small job why should i wait.

      He explained already pervious vehicle job cards are issued for mechanics. They have to finish the work and then only they can attend my bike. It doesn’t matter for them its small work or big work.

      After requesting he then made one mech to attend the problem and later he came with a charge receipt asking to pay twenty-two rupees as labour charge. I drive in around 10.45 AM and he came with a bill by 12 o clock. When I asked for justification of charges.

      He was rude and argues with me that, when the bike was delivered from showroom, it was not shaking. Now, since they have touched the bike they have to charge labour. Mr Santhose must be aware that, while on running only new assembly some times get unwound and more over some fittings are attached and tightened only in show room at the time of delivery. So there are chances.

      Immediately i called the grievance and complaint mobile number displayed over there and one person attended and he waived the charges and relived me.

      What i want to know is, for attending this kind of service call, should they charge the customer like me.

      My concern is when I have paid the full cash and taken the bike. Can’t they do this kind of service for free of cost? If you people say yes, i would like to pay that 22 rupees to KLN service station or advise that person which has to be serviced and charged.

        I had booked Bajaj Avenger on 5th January 2010. I got a delivery for the same on 27th January without any passing, registration and insurance. Till february end i did not got any papers and not even bike number. I was riding the bike as it is. In February end, i got my registration number, insurance and registration papers. Till today (12th April), i have not got my RC book. I have purchased this bike from Yashraj Auto (Mr.Pankaj) in Bhayandar (west). He told me to talk to Mr.Happy of Bajaj. His number is 2525 2888. He replied, i can rid a bike till 6 months legally. It is more than 2 months from registration. Kindly let me know if this is correct what happened with me.

          I purchased Bajaj Pulsar 180CC UG-III in May, 2008. Since beginning the bike is not functioning properly and now has become a nightmare for me for neither the vehicle is being attended properly nor the faults have been overcome by the service centres. For some manufacturing defects all the major parts of engine have been replaced but still whenever I rode this vehicle I cry on the performance of the vehicle. I had been in regularly complaining for the defects in the vehicle and even have been in regular contact with the Area Service Managers of BAL, Naraina, New Delhi, but, for all their efforts the vehicle is not going well.

          I even made a complaint at [protected]@bajajauto.co.in on 09.04.2009. The complaint no. is CR-6889. But no action was taken. And I have to of my own follow up with the Bajaj personnel as well as service centres.

          On the directions of Area Service Manager, Mr. J K Arora, I have shown the vehicle to the best service centres, including M/s Dewan Motors, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi and M/s Bagga Link, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, but none of the mechanics in the said service centres have been able to rectify the faults in the vehicle. However, the crank, scissor gear (twice), clutch plates (thrice), time chain (thrice), right and left chambers of the engine, front shockers (reparied many times, but still not functioning properly) and many more parts which I am not known to, have been replaced. To add to worse, twice the piston kit has been changed. That's all while the vehicle is under warranty, mileage-wise as well as periodwise.

          As all such jobs have been done in the vehicle, and still the vehicle is faulty. Within the warranty period, if the vehicle has undergone so much of work and still it is not working properly what will happen once the warranty period is over.

          I have spent money to get more performance and have a new experience of a powerful bike, but unfortunately I am experiencing the other way. I have already spent a lot of time, money (other than regular maintenance, i.e. approx. Rs.10,000) on repair related expenditures, fuel on repeated visits to the service centres, that each and every day whenever I rode the vehicle it gives a lot of irritation.

          Not even this now even as the vehicle has gone under the hands of 4 service centres no-one is attending or taking the responsibility of the vehicle to rectify the problems I am facing, though I was on the directions of the Area Service Manager to show the vehicle to one or the other service centre. Whenever I questioned relating to replacement of the vehicel, I was given one or the other excuse. Legal Notice was also served to the manufacturer as well as the dealer, but all in vain.

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased a Bajaji CT100 delux bike after 18000KM running it is Silencer has failed inside core is burnt and fall down and , I have seen the end of the silencer going to cut . As per my mechanic the CT 100 has common problem of this failure.

            I am very upset by this, because in our family we all are using bajaji bikes only, why this failure in this model only, I have seen lot of same problem in this model.Kinldy take care of this issue.
            My friend using Hero Honda, from last 9 years no problem like this. He advised me not to buy the bajaji, I thrust the company product but this makes me very UN happy.

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased a Bajaji CT100 bike after 24060KM running it is carnk has failed inside play and fall down and, I have seen the end of the carnk going to cut . As per my mechanic the CT 100 has common problem of this failure.

            I am very upset by this, because in our family we all are using bajaji bikes only, why this failure in this model only, I have seen lot of same problem in this model.Kinldy take care of this issue.
            My Relative using Other brand bike, from last 10years no problem like this. He advised me not to buy the bajaji, I thrust the company product but this makes me very UN happy.

              The Sub-Dealer Of Bajaj company Co Sandeep Bajaj Auto,Budheshwar Chowraha from where i had purchased bajaj discover-135 on 21 aug 2009, financed by bajaj finance.Lucknow Branch.After many reminders the vhicle was registered in month of Dec 2009 as per dealer,but neither Rc nor Insurance was given to me till today dealer is saying RC is not yet recieved from RTO Lucknow
              Due to this every time i was penalised by the traffic police in city for not having the papers of the Bike,i stopped the installment of the finance co as they can help me in this matter,But their reprsetative just gave assurance to me & took the installment from me,but noyhing has been done they only intrested in their overdue installments. So i decided not to pay any installments to BAFL til my grievences are not solved. i had kept my Bike at home & travelling in Auto's to avoide the problems of traffic police & insecurity of theft of bike .It has been the worst experiences i had , i cant use my conveyance after paying the money all is in vein,even Bafl pune is also not updated the RC No of their Customer in Their Records.I Had decided not pay ay installment to BAFL also as ,i had suffred mental & financial loss. Is there any authority who looks in such problems where few other agency's SPOIL'Sthe goodwill of Company & their Services.

              sir my name is yogesh sharen pandey i purchase a bike bajaj discover 150cc when i purchase a bike a dealer of bajaj motorcycle taken me a additional charge of insurance & registration with bike price he gave me the registration but he doesn't give me a insurance of bike. i have the bill of all given cost sir please help me i am a student i faith in u that u take attention on this matter i highly obliged to you thankyou.

                I had taken Two Wheeler loan (Proposal no. 406/120755) from Bajaj
                finance, Nagpur.

                InitiallyI had paid the installment of Rs.2581/month through IDBI Bank, Nagpur
                and later on after going from Nagpurto Akola (MH), I started paying EMIs by cash at Akola (MH). The total amount payable at the end has already been paid from my side at Akola (MH).



                After payment of all EMIs, I requested Akola office to send me the original RC and second Key of my bike, Then they told me that there is some outstanding showing in my account, which is against cheque bounces.

                When I told them that I have paid all amount on due date and there is mistake
                from Akola office, that they had not communicated Pune office on time to stop entering cheques. I also sent them the xerox of reciepts of all my cash payyments at Akola (MH), then they finally accepted there mistake and informed Nagpur office to send the original RC and Key of my bike.At that time they told me that there is no pending issue left in my account

                Now on talking to your customer care, outstanding is Rs. 2972(Two ThousandNine Hundred SeventyTwo Only)

                Rs. 2972 = Rs. 1650 (Cheque bounce charges) + Rs.822 (Insurance charges)+ Rs. 500 (Cheque swipe charges)

                Rs. 822 (Insurance charges has been paid), hence there is no outstanding there in my account.

                I haveapplied for personal loan in HDFC Bank; HDFC people are saying that
                My name is there in CIBIL list for non payment of Bajaj Auto Loan.

                Bajaj Auto is showing outstanding of Rs. 2972 and CIBIL is showing it
                as Rs. 8260/-.

                I tried to contact your Akola office, but they did not give me proper response. Now I am in need of personal loan from HDFC Bank.I am severely
                suffering due to the negligence of your Akola Office.

                  Subject :- Grievance against hazardous product sold to me & deficiency of Services
                  Sir(s),
                  I had purchased a motor cycle Model Pulsar 220 purchase For Rs- 74360/- vide the Receipt no:- PP221784 (Bagga Link service Ltd.) Karol Bagh Dt. 23/08/2009 with Registration No.DL6S-AC-7626 and just after 5 months from the purchase of said bike its handle was surprisingly broken down while I was riding on this bike. A complaint had been made for this by E-mail dt. 27/01/2010 (Customer reference number (CR-18988) to Mr. S.D Kamath, Bajaj Services and Customer Care copy enclosed as annexure -1
                  Sir to get that broken handle replaced, i had undergone lots of trouble & faced undue harassment & it’s had been really a painful & uphill task for me even though my bike was already under the warranty period copy of feedback E-mail enclosed as annexure -2
                  Unfortunately, just after two months there had been another similar incident which could have led to loss of my life on 27/03/2010, due to your faulty & hazardous product (bike), when I was riding the bike on the day as mentioned above, it’s handle cracked and loosened, but somehow I managed to maintain my balance over it & saved my life by slowly turning my bike to side of the road, otherwise i would have been under the tyres of the heavy traffic coming from behind subsequently the very next day i.e. 28/3/2010 when i called Mr. Garvit Goyal on his Mobile number [protected] around 3:00 pm he treated me very rudely and threatened me by saying that you do whatever you can, make complaint or file a case. Over the phone he used abusive language that cannot even be mentioned here. A brief of the conversation is as follows:
                  Q:- Garvit ji nikesh bol raha hu shahdra se yaad hoga aapko 1 mahina pehle meri bike pulsar-220 ka handle toota tha jo apne badla tha wo phir se toot gaya aaj?
                  A:- Garvit reply: To kya hua bike noida le aao main dekh leta hoon.
                  Q:- Sir aap phir se wahi kaam kar rahe ho jo pehle kia tha toote hue handle se bike kaise aayegi ?
                  A:- Garvit reply: yeh aapka kaam hai hum to service center per hi bike dekhenge.
                  Q:- last time bhi aapne yahi kaha tha or main jaise taise bike noida aapke service center le bhi gaya tha per waha jaa kar aapne mujhe pareshan karke mera 2 ghante kharab karke mujhe bataya ki hamare pass to handle hi nahi hai is bike ka bike aapko chodni padegi or 15-20 din main pune se handle aayega tab change hoga.
                  A:- Garvit reply: tarika to ab bhi yahi hai bike apko service center hi chhodni padegi.
                  Q:- To sir last time pune apke head office main jab maine complaint ki thi to 3 din baad hi aapki Suman Bajaj Noida se engg. Mere ghar aa kar handle kyo badal gaya tha tab bhi aap yahi keh rahe the ki bike 20 din chhodni padegi or ab bhi aap yahi keh rahe ho to jab last time 3 din main meri bike ka handle change ho gaya tha to ab kyo ni ho raha, aur last time apne yeh bhi assurance di thi ki shayad kahi koi manufacturing defult reh gaya hoga isliye handle toot gaya per ab ki baar aisa nahi hoga.
                  A:- Garvit reply: handle main apne ghar to banata nai or nay eh bike maine banai or tujhe complaint karne ka jada shyock hai to ab tu complaint se hi apna handle change kara le last time to main maan gaya tha or maine tere ghar engg. Bhej kar handle change kara diya tha ab tu ghar ki to chhod service center main bhi change kara kar deekha, aur jo tussey ho sakta hai woh kar le aur jaha tak hath pair marne hai maar.
                  It is really surprising that one of India’s leading two–wheeler company has appointed such irresponsible sales & service managers, who are not even in a position to satisfy your customers, but also go to extreme extents of harassing & misbehaving with them, even in the era of “customer is king” customer scenario. Now when i have experienced that both your product and services are inefficient, I am not interested in keeping this product (bike) of your company with me anymore.
                  I request you to take back the Life Hazardous Product (Bike) from my place. In addition to this you are liable to initiate a suitable disciplinary action against Mr. Garvit Goyal for causing undue harassment and not providing appropriate service despite of my several humble requests.

                  Hi,

                  I own a P220 (DOP 23rd Aug 09, Registered no DL6SAC7626)

                  Today while riding on the bike the handle bar suddenly fell down and i was able to manage the bike at the speed of 80 kmph.
                  I went to Suman Bajaj (Noida) after reporting the issue on phone and ask to replace the handle bar. They offered me to replace it with one on the P180, that too after getting it removed from a bike. When i asked that why you want to take it from another bike (a P180) the guy told me that its brand new and tested one.

                  But my question is that why should i go for a handle which is removed from another P180. They informed me that the handle for P220 is out of stock and will take some time. Meanwhile the GM workshop (Garvit Goyal, contact no. [protected]) comes and after understanding the situation that i refused to replace the handle with a P180 model, he behaved like that i am begging for this and showed me the attitude. He told the guys there to through me out of the workshop with my after putting the damaged handle.

                  Now what i want is to have a check on these guys who don't have any respect for the customers and representing such a big Brand Name.

                  Another issue that i have faced with my bike twice related to Starter Clutch which is already replaced once and creating the same problem again. It makes noise constantly while riding and in idle engine. The rear disc is always creating noise like a Big bus is stopped near me. On every service the guy just cleans the disk and pads and after some time the same noise comes back.

                  I don't know why such a so called premium bike have so many issues out of which the Handle Bar issue that could have proved to be dangerous to me. Claiming a premium service treatment at very few service stations, laughing at customers' grievances what we got is regression and nothing else.

                  Requesting to look into the matter and know the reality of workshops. Would appreciate an early response on this.

                  I had purchased the bike (XCD-135) on 26th Aug, 2009 from Mahipalpur, Delhi, after running 7906 kms, I have to changed the Clutch Plate for same bike on dt. 30th Dec, 2009, after running 11900 again piston had gone, i told to Bajaj Mahipalpur they told me you have to ask to the senior people & they were not present that time, then after 2 days i talked to them then they agreed & said sumbit your bike in Bajaj Service Center, I sumbitted the same on 17 th of March & I get back my bike in 22nd of March with a bill of inr 2423/- then they told me pls change the oil after 500 kms, then i changed the oil on time, again there is problem in bike what i think again piston has gone & i have to pay again expenses, i have sumbitted my bike to Bajaj service station at Mahipalpur,

                  requested you pls give me another bike in replace of this as I cannot that much of money in this

                  i purchased pulsar220 on the date[protected]. my registration no. is UK07AD3884. i have problem regarding, but when i went to mayur auto, rajpur road, dehradun, they told me that the clutch plates should be replaced. they dont come under warranty as per the statement at the service point. i want to complaint about bajaj parts that the material used is not of good quality. i am not satisfied with the bike and with the company too.
                  kindly cosider it and tell whether i will get my money back or not
                  I recently bought Pulsar 220 in Cherry red colour just 2 weeks earlier i.e. 1 april. There is a problem in its engine or may be in carboretor. From first day when i bought the bike the bike was creating problem like missing or over heating. On the same day when i bought my bike i visited to Hind Motors, Industrial area, Chandigarh and they was saying that there is no fault in the bike. within the premises of Hind Motor the bike stopped working and technision there Pradeep saw the charger of the new bike. And after it i had visited to Hind Motors 4-5 times after that incident they had stopped giving me the response and stopped attending me. Recently the bike brakes fluid was liking and my rare break stopped working and on the road my rare brake stopped working and i just managed to save my life from a horrible accident. Within 20 days after buying my bike such problems are coming in the bike and what kind of problem in the future my bike would creat. I had been harrased by my parents because they had told me not to buy that bike.

                  NOW I WANT MY BIKE TO BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED BY COMPANY ENGINEERS OR HENCE I HAVE TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION ON THE COMPANY.

                  I want the officials to take actions on my situation as soon as possible. aur I have to drag them to consumer court.

                        Hi Sir,

                        I serviced my bike at Popular Motor Corporation (Bajaj Service), #597, 8th Block Nagappa Reddy Layout, Koramangala, Bangalore -95.

                        Before leaving it for servicing, since the battery was down, the horn was not working until I start my bike. But on run, bike's horn was perfectly working. This was already discussed with a person named Ajith. After servicing, I observed that horn is not working. I went back to the service center stating my problem.The reply was, since the problem was stated on the job sheet, they had to open the horn switch and check what has gone wrong. Fine, but they didn't had the spare. So, this made the horn to stop working completely. At least they should be in a situation to bring it back to the original state. After lot of arguments, I ended up with a question!

                        My question was "Why did they touch the switch when they don't have the spare with them?. They had my mobile number, they could have informed about this to me.

                        One more thing to be stated, though I am not a mechanic, I believe a general bike service includes tightening the brakes (both front and back), tightening the chain, smearing break fluid to clutch lever, water wash and finally recharging the battery.

                        Believe me, I could find only the water wash was done properly thats all. The back break is still in the same condition, the chain adjustment is not done properly, the clutch lever is not smeared with greece etc. Even then I had to pay Rs 918. I could have got it serviced at any private serviced stations properly. I have learnt a good lesson. I would never ever recommend POPULAR MOTOR (BAJAJ SERVICE) KORAMANGALA.

                        I am totally unsatisfied with the overall service.

                        I agree. Popular Bajaj service at KORAMANGALA is horrible.

                        1. No proper response
                        2. They charge like hell.
                        3. no proper reasoning for changing parts
                        4. never tuned the bike propely
                        Yes, I agree also, I have given my service before and there was no change after the service. No proper explanation. They charge very heavily. I regret buying bajaj instead of hero honda bike now. I didn't face these issue with hero honda bike.
                        I accept with Praveen, Popular Bajaj Service at koramangala is the worst service center. I have similar experience with them, Without my knowledge and acknowledgement they opened my bike engine. I noticed it later. My bike performance is gone low. Mine was the first pulsar when they introduced. It had very good performance, these people degraded it. I started servicing with the local mechanics.

                        Popular Bajaj Service KORAMANGALA - here these people are irresponsible, lacking in their expertise and just swindle money.

                        Not worth servicing your bike with them. Your bike deserves better people.

                        I accept praveen 2months back I went for my pulsar 150 service mechanic had a trial driving and he listed the problems on job sheet I didn't ever feel while driving those many problems in my bike and estimation he had given 10000rs I got shocked and not agreed to do service, after 15 days I went again another mechanic checked my bike and I asked him to fix my handle vobbling and he has given 5000 estimation I am wondering how come 5k reduced in 15 days here we came to know how mechanics are cheating customer

                        After service I was having same problem with handle and I went back 3 times to the service and I asked to fix it but no use ever time taking bike inside adjusting handle later I went to local mechanic he noticed that wheel bend is their and he advice me to take it to jc road.

                        Koramangala Bajaj service personals are not able to find a problem in bike but they good for working in billing counter. Worst experience
                        This forum will do anything about that? or its just like that ?

                          i had purchased bajaj xcd 135 motorbike, from shiva scooter agency hapur-delhi road hapur,distt.ghaziabad(u.p.) on 16th of october 2009...phone nos. Of shiva agency fr where i hd purchased it are...[protected]/16

                          A mnth b4, a stud in the silencer got brokenup, when i went there for the service and for that stud, the employee said we dnt hv right now this stud, it will come to us within a week, it was the 4th free service as my bike was runned 7200kms that tym, but they said not a prblm we will do the service aftr words 1ce we ge the stud...

                          Now even aftr a mnth they r not providing me the service, nor ny stud for the silencer... Even they had misbehaved with me when i reached to them on 4th of april......

                          This is rely disgusting and i didnt expect from such a reputed firm bajaj to hire these kind of cheap employees... Pls kindly look 4 dis complaint as now i d hv ny trust on bajaj after all this incident...

                                I purchased a bajaj pulsar bike from Sai Service Station Ltd, Pune @ Shivajinagar, Pune. The manager told me that, if I pay the bill using debit card or credit card I need to pay 1.5% extra. When I ask him for the reasoon, he told that everyone takes 1.5% extra if we pay though any cards.

                                Please let me know, is that 1.5% extra charge is applicable or not.

                                  We have made full payment of Rs.42485/- dated:21st march 2010,cheq:776759.sbi-Kasimira branch for Platina 125 cc.It was committed by Mr.Sachin Rokade-[protected] to me that after 1 week your vehicle will get deliver with registration.

                                  Today as on 28th march 2010,wen i called him he told us that it will be deliver on 10-11th april of 2010. when we ask why it is so.. he told us many story about registration is not happening,that is why delivery will delay.

                                  I am not the single person to be suffer by Bajaj dealer suryoday at mira road.After making full and final payment they are making us full.

                                  I hope this will direct effect on Bajaj Market,if dealer will create problem like this where customer like us should go.

                                  Same thing has happened with me. Post paying the full payment(42383/-) for Bajaj Platina 125 CC, at the same show room Suryoday Bajaj at Mira Bhayander Road. Delivery was promised on 17th Of April 2010 (same has been written in the invoice as well), however Mr. Sachin Rokade has cooked up many stories regarding delay in Passing and till today 24th April 2010, I have not been provided with the delivery. I have refused to take delivery until the problem is fixed. Please do suggest any further Action that can be taken against it.

                                      I had puchased Discover 125CC bike From dealer M/s Sai Bajaj, Bhilai(Durg). Since purchase, i regularly serviced my vehicle from parent service centre. By last 2 years,my bike silencer's inner core got corrded due to direct impingement of exhaust gases.

                                      Earlier, complaint letter provided in the service book was sent to Bajaj auto, Pune. Based on that, now service manager(M.P. & C.G.) suggested for compromisation by giving 10-15% discount on new one. Thereafter, workshop manager(Sai Bajaj, Bhilai) remined me for past unfair means(Ex. Accidental claim) called since last 2 years.

                                        I have bajaj chetak 4 stroke scooter since April 2002. Recently the rear wheel drum got irrepairably damaged and needs a replacement. I have been trying for this spare part since 15 days from several dealers in Orissa and AP but could not get it. Hope the company people will supply the spare part as I have requested a dealer in Srikakulam, AP to send a request to the company for supplying this spare part.
                                        I have Bajaj Chetak 4 Stroke Scooter, Six months back the Gear changer of the Scooter got Cracked, Since that I am unable to find the parts i.e. gear changer & gear cable's any where in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, & Nashik, None of the bajaj Dealers are available to provide it so far

                                        I have a Bajaj Chetek 4 stroke scooter. we had purchase this scooter on Feb. 2004 from Gold rush auto supplier.

                                        from 3rd march 2011 a oil pump is not working, after sevral reminder and personnel vist you distributer in luck now is not able to provide the same.



                                        Kindly please advice how we can get the same as, if you want we can make the advance payment also and you can send the same to us by courier on below given address.

                                        i bought a bajaj wonder gear 4 stroke scooter in 2004 after much thought that Bajaj scooter would be lasting for long years. But to my surprise, the scooter started to have problems from the first year and to add more to that the company stopped the manufacture of the model with in some time. Trusting the brand name of Bajaj is a big mistake as now no spare part is available in the maket and my scooter is being just there... not at all of any use. i spent much amount on it and it is the company's responsibility to provide services... and all spares till certain period of long time. By reading so many peoples complaint, I am not hopeful that the comapny would so something...but certainly we should avoid such companies which dont value customers till the end.
                                        So Many complaints, but no answers...Is anybody reading these complaint posts???I too am n the same boat ...Got stranded in the middle of nowhere in Goa due to a broken Clutch cable...After 2-3 km luckily a mechanic replaced the wire with a vespa or rickshaw cable...Now I am in the search of the Speedometer/Odometer inner outer cable and have had little luck in obtaining it either in Goa or Mumbai...Help!!!
                                        Dear Sir! I have a bajaj chetak-2001 model (4 stroke engine) since from purchase. Vehicle is in very good condition, but gear change portion has been broken. But, the part is not available in navi mumbai. Can I get the same from the manufacturer / dealer.

                                        Good luck to all of you, because I have a 2 stroke and can't find the damper that attach the rear shock. We should all show up on front of the company with big banner saying WE WANT OUR PARTS OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!
                                        I've be been doing some research and it look like all parts are gone to USA OR UK ( because the chetack looks as good and fancy as the Vespa. )
                                        The part are still be made in India but not for us.
                                        Check eBay USA and you'll see everything you need. And it's all from India
                                        It's just a mafioso that's taking over the market. Big company and corporation are killing small local business. Check China too could be a little cheaper. They have those scoot too.
                                        Since Bajaj had enough balls to copy Vespa because they can't think for them self.
                                        May be Vespa can help a little. Let's remove the Bajaj sign on all of the scooter and put Vespa instead. We're going to replace it our self since they don't want To help us no more.
                                        Those Bajaj will still be on the road long after those Suzuki or honda not because the brand is good but because they copied Vespa. Good luck to all and don't give up. Find Vespa parts, ask rickshaw driver, they know where to find parts. Or go to the used scooter spare part of your city. You should be able to find it. Or find an old Bajaj for very cheap, since no one can fix it they re really cheap
                                        And trust me they will be worth some good money very soon.
                                        They still have tons of Bajaj up north.
                                        Don't give up the fight. I'm not.
