I bought Bajaj Grace Gold ceiling fan on Oct 2007 and since then i m suffering like a hell.

A fan has a golden ring on its bottom ends and it has broken 5 times. After breaking, ring falls anywhere rapidly and will Bajaj company pay if it hurts any1 in my house? My complaint no. is 160559. I have given complaints end no. of times to their service centre at Goregaon west contact no.32670580. I have spoken to Mr.Sawant and Mr.Naval [[protected]] and there is no use of it. They are very lazy people and are just giving false assurances and never give a callback from their side. Noone is ready to solve my problem.

Wat they do is just send tech to change ring and nothing else. Last time my fan stopped working and it was taken to service centre and brought again. They have changed motor, bearings and ring. There's no use, so i simply want my fan to be replaced by another new one under guarentee. Or else refund my money back bcoz a piece which i got is faulty and will not be repaired.

Again i complained to their call centre and they gave me a new complaint no.1877360. After that i got a call from ur technician and he visited my house. He said my mom that he will change ring for 6th time. My mom havent allowed him bcoz this has happened 5 times earlier and said him to change fan. Tech said that "our company can only change ring and nothing else" this is 2 weeks before. Is this Bajaj's service? Since then their no call or reply from their side.

I m also been mailing them on their respective id's but again no use as mails get failed continously. I dont think Bajaj ppl are interested at all in resolving complaints of customers. I will request everyone to not to buy any of the Bajaj products or else u will never get a service.

Dear Sir,

I had bought six brand new Bajaj Ceiling fan "EURO" model from Deepam electricals, Palace road, aluva, ernakulam (dist),

kerala state, pin- 683101 on 10/10/09 for my newly constructed home. After one month, all fans started making a lot of

noise, so I filed a complaint and Upon calling multiple time an engineer came and dismantled the fan. He started his work

with heavy hammer like in a automobile workshop . finaly he changed the Ball bearing of all six fans.at the time of his work

he touched with his greesy hand on my newly constructed house walls and floors and got dirty greese everywhere. After a

couple of months the same problem persisted, the fan still made a lot of noise. I tried to contact them again for a

replacement but was told that they will again do bloody noisy hammering and change the ball bearing. I asked the engineer to

give me the phone number of regional manager and i called manager to replace all six fans. he told me that he will visit the

place on next day but till after one week the regional manager cochin, kerala has not contacted me. so i forced to move a

case against deepam electricals and bajaj electricals.this email is my final attempt to solve this issue.


actually i paid higher price for buying these stupid, totaly crap "EURO" fans.there are lot of fans in market only below RS.

1000 and the will work without any problem at least 5 years.

    Hi,

    I want to reach Bajaj Electricals Customer care Manager as I was not satisfied with the service I got from one of the service center in Hyderabad. Mr. Shekhar who was the incharge of Hitech Customer service, Ameerpet is so rude on customers and when I asked him the contact number of Area Manager he was simply denied to give the number. I really like the Bajaj products but the way the customer service provided is worst and they are too negligence and not providing timely update to customers. I am really not satisfied with the service I got and want to escalate to the upper manament of Bajaj Electricals. Please help me.

    I too brought the bajaj iron box one year ago. None of the numbers is working. Everything says "Not exist".

    Then why such a kind of number is given by Bajaj Management. I dont know what's happening.
    I got a prize of Bajaj Rice Cooker. However, In the manual of instructions, no mention is made where to place the Trivet. Please guide me. I would also like to know if there is a receipe book given with the product. I am handicap without a receipe book. Can you EMail me the receipe book

    i have purchased bejaj rice cooker 1 litre from Parkash Electricals, jammu (J&K) on[protected] under voucher No.6207 with 2 yrs warranty. The appliance developed defect in the functioning of its switch( cook/warm) and was shown to bejaj service centre near karan Nagar, Amphalla jammu to get the fault rectified.In the frst instance on[protected] they rectified the fault to their satisfaction but when I used it at home within a day same problem developed (the switch did not not satay on cook mode).On[protected] the cooker was again handed over to service centre who again rectified the fault to their own satisfaction but today[protected] again the same problem has arisen as its switch does not come to cook position showing inabitity and lack of expertise to rectify the fault or replace the part.It is as such requested to the concerned officers of bejaj appliances Co. mumbai that either the cooker should be replaced or the defect should be got rectified through some expert engineer of the company failing which I shall have no option but to knock the doors of CONSUMER FORUM at Jammu.

      I have purchased Gx-21 mixer Grinder (2year guarantee+ 5year motor guarantee). the details of the product is given below.

      Dealer- Unit run Canteen Nagpur.

      I am currently in Bangalore and there is some switch problem in the Mixer. I have tried to contact the names of the Customer Care Centres i.e Aakar Services and Electrocare Services. But they are not reachable.

        This is with regards to my payment for Rs. 1410/- which has been already paid in cash vide receipt no. BYCCSB 000626 dtd[protected] which was collected by Siddhi Business Solution Unit No. 8, Shiv Shakti Estate, Marol, Opp. Mittal Estate, Andheri - East, Mumbai - 400059. Tel No.[protected]/[protected].
        The name of the Preson who collected the cash was Mr. Sudhakar Rane.

        I am suprised that despite my payment my card has been suspended & repeated reminders to pay the said dues are coming on my cell phone. I am sorry to say but the service & the working of the organsation is disorganised & lacks communication.

        You must look into this as early as possible as I cannot bear your reminders any more also you are hereby intimated to give the credit for Rs. 1410/- into my account immediately & pls. note no interest is charged for the period as dues are already paid.

          THE BELOW GIVEN COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED TO Reliance Digital Retail Limited,
          Shipra Mall, INDRAPURAM ON 13.05.08. They told me that engg. will visit with in 2 days. but nobody come. then i again visited shop on 16.05.08. thay again said that our rep. will come tomorrow, but again nobody come. now this is more than one week gone. noboy take care for the complaints.

          it was a big accident happened due to the coolar. my right hand is burnt seriously. i was not able to attend my office for 3 days. the total loss that i wear is over 20, 000 rupees. i need compensation for the total losses.

            There was and auto generated reply for my trailing mail giving the complaint nos as shown in the attachment. Even after 4 days of the same, there is not even a single response from ezeego. With such a quality customer care, I wish that I would publicize your service (definitely it is not so Easy GO) to all. As I have personally suffered monetarily and mentally, with a copy of all details marked to the Consumer Protection Council, I shall put up my case through the proper channel.

            I am a regular flier and my bookings were through cleartip till my last trip and till date I get a commendable service from them. Today (13th May 2008), I have tried my Chennai - Hyderabad - Chennai booking through your website. It is clearly a blunder to have decided to do so. I have selected a morning flight (KF @ 08.40 hrs) for my onward journey from Chennai to Hyderabad on the 22nd May 2008. But to my surprise, the ticket generated after 2 hours stated that my booking is for 20.45 Hrs on the same day. I have spoken to your Customer care (Mr. Yogesh) immediately and appraised the problem. He confirmed to get back with some positive action after checking up with the IT department. He called again and said that the IT department denies any mistake at their side and if at all anything has to be done, I need to take up the matter with Kingfisher Airlines. I am not so ignorant in choosing my flight and it is more painful to note that a customer is asked to break his head for no mistake of his. Is this the way a customer has to be treated? Even if some alternate has to be done, irrespective of whose mistake it was, I expect that you take it up with the Airlines in getting the ticket altered or amended and then claim even if some additional charge is levied. But your Customer care officer, asking the customer to handle it with the Airlines seems to be a customer scare rather than care.

            I shall never ever opt to book any further tickets through your website.

            Through the copy of this mail marked to Kingfisher Airlines, I request them to suggest the right alternate with clear Customer supportive approach.

            This is really very surprising matter that such an old and trusted company is giving pains to me like that. We have purchased a couple of ceiling fan as mentioned below :

            Now we are requesting you to please look into the matter seriously and take some hard action towards my problem and solve otherwise we have no choice other than go to Consumer Protection Act.

            Bajaj Electricals Limited — missing product

            3 sample of dry irons were sent from our Chandigarh office vide AWB no[protected] dated the 6th of Feburary.

            The consignment was delivered at our security office on the 9th & no consignee copy was given. On opening the consignment, one dry iron was found missing.

            This is shocking. The consignment was sent by air.

            Kindly check & revert on this.

            I have purchased a bajaj mixer grinder model no - GX 8 1 week ago. i have started using this grinder today only but on starting the screw in the jar broke up in two pieces and also from the second jar i cannot make any thing.
            I have purchased this because of bajaj name i now i have to think twice or many more times before purchasing bajaj product.
            if only screws are of that much bad quality how will be the mixer in next few days.

            I puchased Bajaj Aqua Naturale (Water Purifier) 8 months before, now the Ceramic Candle of the same is very week & can not filter the water properly. Than I try to buy the Carmic Candle from local dealer he is refuased to supply the same because of short supply or what ever it may ... Now without the Carmic Candle the water purifier is notaly useless for me. So kindly instruct your Area Manager to look in to the matter as early as possible. particulary Junagarh in the District of Kalahnadi of Orissa State.

            i am praveen from Vijayawada, i gave my senora iron box for service to your authorised service centre SRI SHARMA ELECTRONICS SERVICES #29-2-23, Ramamandiram Street, Governorpet, Vijayawada-520002 on dated 1/ February/2010, JOB No Vide: 336, as it is not working, till date the service centre personnel never called me regarding the service complaint, but i went personally to the service centre approximately 10 days after the complaint registration, today i.e 11/march/2010, i went to the service centre to get back my iron box, i found that my job was not done moreover your personnel shown me seperated parts of the box where the thermostat bottom is dark in color, which was not mine . they have chaged mine with an older one belonging to some other customer. More over when asked about the thermostat and complaint to higher authorities the personnel over there turned against me and were very harsh and rude on me, saying " do what ever you can" so i too turned against them in a calm manner to cool them at last they told they will get the job done within 3 days with my own thermostat bottom and iron box.
            Sir, i request you to kindly look into this matter and take necerray step to solve my iron box complaint at the the earliest

            I have purchased a table top grinder of Bajaj. The motor was damaged after the warranty period. I called up the bajaj service but for the last one and half month even after many calls the service personnel has not turned up. I have similar experience with bajaj products when my bajaj mixie motor burnt after 5 days of purchase and bajaj blackdecker vaccum cleaner motor broke down after some time. Bajaj is using some local low quality motor in their products and service is poor.

            उपरोक्त विषय के संबंध मे आपको सूचित करना है कि मैने दिनांक[protected] को भागलपुर (बिहार) के स्थानिय बजाज डीलर ध्रुव ईलेक्ट्रीकल से एक बजाज स्टीम आईरन MX3 खरीदा है जिसकी कीमत 949/- रु0 अंकित है किंतु ऑफर कीमत् 807/- रु0 अंकित है फिर भी ध्रुव इलेक्ट्रीकल के द्वारा मुझसे उपरोक्त स्टीम आईरन की कीमत 850/- रु0 वसूल की गई है । जिसका बिल न0 8605 दिनांक[protected] है ।
            आपसे निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त विषय पर ध्यान देते हुए मेरी इस समस्या का समाधान करते हुए मेरे द्वारा वसूली गई अतिरिक्त रकम वापस दिलवाई जाय ।

                I purchased bajaj mixer, model gx11 2 months before. Now mixer is not working. Igiven complaint to the dealer from whom i purchased the same. M/s uttam matals, sambajinagar, near kasturi market. Chincwad pune. I registered complaint, with them weeks ago. He assured company representative come & solve the problem.                 Bajaj Gas Burner — Poor customer service

                I bought a Bajaj gas burner 6 months ago and believe me It started malfunctioning in just 1 month.the make was so bad that soot started developing on the burner in just 2 weeks.
                and to top it all,one of my burner is not at all working and during this festive season we had to manage with only one burner, even after our desperate calls to the company no help has been provided as yet.
                the warranty period provided was 2 years.
                Cant imagine that bajaj can be such a fraudulent company.

                It is to draw for your kind attention and favourable action. We the residents of indira nagar civil line zone are plagued by a shopkeeper in our locality named bajaj store situated at a-27 indira nagar, opp. New subzi mandi azadpur delhi-110033. This shopkeeper has unauthorised construction at his shop due to which the road of the locality has shrunk and the supplies keep on coming through tempo and other commercial vehicals in the coloney since the roads of the locality is quite small traffic jams and querrals due to parking has become a common phenomenon. If some resident objects against the same the shopkeeper always fight with him and her.


                Therefore i request the authorities to kindly look into the matter and kindly take the appropriate step so as to improve the quality of life of the residents of the coloney.

Majesty 25 Ltr SWH" Sl no. of product 3283 batch no. 607 purchased on 30.9.2006 from M/s Aarvee Traders[protected] Karpatri Smriti Dham, Durgakund, Varanasi 221010, whose copper tank leaked, So many time I make complaint to Mr. Praveen owner of service center, varanasi ( from oct-09 to continue ) then only he sent one service man and he change the copper tank by steel tank with request that after receiving original copper tank we will replace the steel tank, after several reminder, now they are telling that company is not providing copper tank and if you insist for copper tank than we can repair the copper tank while warranty is to replace the damage tank by new one.

                Dear sir,
                I have purchesed bajaj make food processor from stat bazar, chinchwad branch on 1st nov-10. While purchasing star bazar person told that they will arrange person for demo. I wait for 1 week, no person came to us for demo. Then i call to star bazar as well as bajaj customer care, they lock my call and assured that they will send somebody for demo. Evey day i am following with star bazar and bajaj customer care people, every day they are saying that today they will arrange person for demo. Till today nobody came for demo.
                Now a days nobady is receiving my call.

                I have a Bajaj Food Processor called "Food Factory FX10 " purchased an year back.

                Bajaj FX10 — Failure of the product

                Since we got the product every second month it stops working. We have to call the customer care number and we get a response saying someone will attend you within next 2 days. The technicians come down and resolve it for the time being. Again the same thing repeats after 1 month . So the concern is they are not providing a permanent solution. Today they are reparing the product again but what will happen after the warranty gets over. So is it a use and throw product after 1 year or that is what we paid for 1 year? We are not happy with the Bajaj Fx10 product at all. The product is not successful.

                We have a 25L water heater Model No. SEE-25 Majesty Sl. No. IN 108 1316 which is tripping frequently . Complaint was lodged with customercare starting 17/03/13 with complaint nos. 2382405/2387476/2407603. Finally the service center has diagnosed element failure as reason but failed to replace the same to date ie 01/04/13.

                I had purchased bajaj water cooler from /s. Chawla Electronics SCO 49 (Basement) HUDA Market Sector 29 Faridabad vide bill no 10100 dated 18.04.2013. nearby one month passed no action taken by the authority.

                Right from day 1 it was not working properly and the water is blowing like a sower. The executive visited from his soap they already intimative above the defected water cooler. The soapkepper also promise me to relplace the same. Kindly do the needful and get the replacement immediately.

                We have a BAJAJ make, MAGESTY ATX7 popup type toaster (S no Y007 ATX[protected]. I think it coasted my daughter around 1250 rupee to purchase and bring it home about a year ago. We hardly have eaten BF some 5or 6 times, with it, and then it went kaput. I checked up and found that the central heater element has gone bad. (Actually it has three heater elements, encased inside a metallic integral assembly, including the slice supports and the pop up grate ) . So I went to the Bajaj service centre “N. K. Electrical & Refrigation” in KONKA road, Ranchi. First time the agency repaired and charged me around 70/75 rupees. The repaired toaster worked may be hardly 2 times, and then it went again kaput. .I checked up inside and found that, they just twisted for shorting the old heater element and reconnected. And as you know, If such Soddy repair is done, heater elements being quite fragile, gets localized excessive heating and are bound to get immediately damaged . Now when I went next time with the problem, the agency informed me to better to buy a new one, as the replacement of spare part will be as high as almost the original price ( Rs 800 or so) and that too without any warranty. On closer look I noticed that the toaster is of Chinese make, and Bajaj is a mare marketing agency ………………..Now my problem is how can I make the toaster working again ……where can I get the exact spare parts as per exact requirement of the defective part in reasonable price …………..

                In fact, in this toaster rate of capital expenditure for us was (1250 +70)/(6+2) = Rs167.5 per BF, that is just for its each use which appear to us as atrociously unjustified .. ……….

                As we have the warranty of 2 years, last month our heater went under repair
                So we called the customer care and assign the complaint, the complaint no is as follows:3448516
                As we complained electriciants came from "s. A. Electricals", but they sai that they need a clear bill with proper guarenty card.
                But since ever there is no such card given by the respective showroom.
                They have given just a book with a seal.
                The also added that this is enough for the warranty and again they talked with the customer care.
                By this activity we are so drepessed.
                So i hope you will take immediate action against this complaint.

                I purchased Bajaj Popular mixer grinder (Model Number: Popular Mixer Grinder, QC No. HP/14/001/0044) last month from kothrud Pune, but since day one its horrible performance is the the reason of worry.
                For grinding even a simple things (eg: chuteny, grinding chillies, Garlic, etc) takes much time & even though it is not able to grind which is completely unsatisfacitory for a new mixer grinder. Request you to rectify the same at the earliest.
                i am traqpped too buying bajaj geyser. Bajaj electrical has such substandard geyser that it starts leaking every 3 month. It seems that there water tank cannot sustain hardwater. the onsite service is still worst. Its a test of your patience. The will make fool out of you and try to extract money.                 I m purchase new bajaj iron before some days ago. but its not working. plz remove this problem.
                I purchased Bajaj Water Heater (Majesty 10GPU) from Sales Emporium, 2652 Garia Main Road, Kolkata 700084 on 26/12/2013 (Cash Memo No.:CM/01520/12/[protected] and Water Heater is under 3 Year Guarantee Period. The Water Heater, which is still under Guarantee period, became out of order (not heating) since 21/01/20916. I lodged a complain to the Bajaj Customer Care on 22/01/2016 (Call No. KOL[protected]-1).
                Bajaj Customer Care assigned the job to their MAA SARADA ELECTRICALS (Phone No. [protected]). I phoned MAA SARADA ELECTRICALS several times & every time they say they do not have any HEATER in their stock; so they are helpless & can not repair the said heater. They requested me, on their behalf, to contact Bajaj Kolkata Branch Office at Ganesh Chandar Avn. (Ph. No.[protected]. I phoned the Branch Office on 29/01/2016 & they asked me to contact the concerned person (Mr. Sandipta Routh Ph. No. [protected]) & on the same day I tried several times to contact him but failed.
                Bajaj is supposed to be a big House Hold company & I am surprised to find the way they are handling their valued customer. Eight days have already been over, a Bajaj customer is suffering for a mare small part of the said water heater that even in the winter when the water heater is needed badly. Have I done any thing wrong by purchasing Bajaj Water Heater where other company's Water Heater are also available in the market?

                Dear sir,

                I have purchased a Bajaj Majesty 3 Burners Gas Stove from Flipkart on March 2017, but one day of Mid June my wife is working on it, all of sudden the glass of stove cracked some piece of cracked glass damaged her hand, then my mother contact to your local service center but your representative talked her in odd language I think he is MR. Sharma after all I call again your service center then he visit & tell us that the new glass cost is Rs. 1250 & it will be changed on chargeable basis even the stove is in guarantee period. I have contact to your Mr. Satish Sharma & on another no [protected] (I don't know the name) but they are unable to answer me properly, they also give me no. of MR. Neeraj Kumar (Rajasthan Service Head) no. but I am unable to contact him.

                So I want to Know that it is your customer responsibility bare all expenses with all physical damage & mentally disturbance for calling here & there. Kindly suggest me what I do in my next step that your team is replacing it in warranty period or not.

                  I had purchased one BAJAJ PRIDE TABLE FAN on 16th June 2007 with 2 years warranty. Unfortunately with in 1-2 months I found that, the white colour coated on the fan's outer grill is vanishing, later on in a span of 3 months I found that, the grill provided is a old one and has been re-painted and put on a new fan. Immediately on 26/9/2007 I lodged a complaint with BAJAJ vide their complaint # 93794. Their executive visited our house couple of times and they also confirmed verbally that it's a re-painted grill. Then I found in a weeks time (after complaint is logged) that, Fan's 2nd speed button is also not working and it doesn't work from one perticular position (It works only on rotation mode). It took 4-5 weeks for BAJAJ to send an engineer (Mr.Suresh Kadam) with a new grill, He tried his level best to make the said grill fitted on the Fan; but since it was another make FAN's grill it could not get fitted on our FAN. Then finally he apologies saying " I wrongly brought another FAN's grill, I will get the compatible next time when I come to your house" He visited our house in another 4-5 weeks inspite of our regular follow-up with BAJAJ. Meantime I spoke to Mr.Bhende - Manager (Support) on his cell # [protected]. He assured me to replace the FAN only and accordingly their service engineer visited with Replacement Tag to be put on my FAN. Mr.Bhande asked me to visit the said dealer from whom I had purchased the Fan and asked me to show him replacement tag who will then replace your fan with new BAJAJ PRIDE Table FAN. I visited the said dealer next day with faulty fan, but he refused to do so (He simply said us we do not have this model with us). The same we informed to Mr.Bhende, he then assured us to give the list of dealers of my area who are having the stock of this model. Unfortunately he failed to do so. Unfortunately with our follow-up and their committment year 2007 got ended and new year 2008 begun with new promises. When I called them again today (16/1/2008) they assured me to replace the coated FAN's grill and repair the 2nd speed button at 3:00 p.m; I received a call from them at 3:40 p.m. that Fan's grill is not available, it will be replace on Saturday. But still I doubt they will keep their word.

                  I have purchased a microwave oven (ETB 2003) on jan 1st 2008. I didn`t have proper response from you. Live demo on this product not yet given. Representative from another product told that it is instrument fault, so it is not getting heated. It`s really vexed situation now.

                  My electrition is not able to fix it to my consealed cealling.
                  The length between the upper cover & the lower cover is exactly the same as that of the rod provided.Due to this there is hardly any space left to fit the fan to the rod.
                  Is there any specific method to fit this type of Fan.

                  On 19/03/2009 it stops to work.
                  While contacted customer service centre.they told me that we will get ur compalint into consideration only on 20/03/2009.
                  Now on contcting them in the morning 20/03/2009. I was told that person will be there between 12 to 6 on the day.
                  I have contacted them in the noon at 4 o'clock I was told that ur compalint will be attended only on 21/03/2009.

                  I have purchesd bajaj silling fan on 31/03/09 in Ahmednagar (maharastra) but I don't found fitting rod in packing & other problem are not cleaning burr in fitting screw drill hole for locking pin.
                  I have a bajaj ceiling fan 'BAJAJ 2001'.Last week while it was switched on suddenly one of its blade broke from the middle and fell down.I am for the moment not entering into the chance of huge accident that it could had done.But as we all know it is already a very hot summer in kolkata now and for which fan is a absolute need in this condition so I request BAJAJ family to take care of it as soon as possible.The company should also look after the product as the question is how is it possible that a fan blade breaks from in between.Hope my problem will be taken care soon and the problem will be solved as soon as possible.We even had send the fan for repairing in "BAJAJ CARE", one of the authorized bajaj service centre at 20/C, Lake Road, Lake Market, Kolkata-700029 where it was told to us that they cannot provide us with the exact date of its replacement or servecing.
                  Hope to see a very soon action from BAJAJ Company.
                  i purchased a bajaj water heater last year (07/07/08) and it was not working so i contacted the place where i bought it. they contacted the bajaj technicians and after a week on regestering complain they came to check and the technician made some comments on the pink paper and the water heater is still in warrenty period. then i took it to registered service center. they had the heater for more then a week and they finally called me to collect the water heater and i went there to collect it. thy said that the water heater had no problem and i brought it home. then i called the technician to fix the heater and the technician now said that the problem has not been rectified. i dono why the hell these people are doing these nonsense.
