And Find the below bank statment which is stating the ECS return charges has been debited.I had confirmed with the bank regarding my return charges.But Bank people told me that bajaj finance ecs has been presented on the date of 09/06/08. So they have charged my return charge on my account of RS.225/- . Before my ECS date howcome you submitted my ECS without informing me anything.I am working in the banking sector all the law and order.Now i required the resolution for the ECS return.But as per the ECS Rule .So i credit amount on the date of 09/06/08.As per the RBI rule all the service provided company should resolve the problem not for monopolie with the Customer.Pls take care my problem and do the needful.So i will greatful for ever.

Bajaj Finance Ltd — denial of my loan application

I had recently applied for a loan to Bajaj Finance in Rajkot, Gujarat for 42" Panasonic Plasma TV, which I want to gift to my brother-in-law.

Under some pretext and some so called regulation, my application is rejected. And reason was given that they cannot give loan where the product is being gifted!! I don't understand the logic behind it. when you check the capability of repaying the loan, when all required documents furnished were in line with their requirements; there cannot be any reason of rejecting the application.

Yes I am very happy to say that I had taken my first loan on my 2 Wheeler Bajaj Wind 125, KA 01 EG 407 took me only one day for the approval and got my bike on the second day. I was very happy on that some one kept the trust on me and given me the loan I was not even working at that time was a free lancer.

When I applied for my second load that was for Laptop took me only 2days and the laptop was in my hand I was very happy that Bajaj finance has kept the same standards of the service this time also.

There were no black marks in my records and I have kept your belief and paid back the entire amount at the right time.

After a long time I got a message on my cell telling that you have a pre approved load in my name and enquired about it to the call center people they said yes you have of Rs : 1, 45, 000/- and it takes only 4 working days for the process you even now don’t know weather I am working or not, I am very happy for this was in December 12th then I made my plans for this were i wanted to lay tails for my home so I made payment on my credit card payment there on 27th of December 2008 my billing date of my card is on 26th of every month then the person from Bajaj finance come to my home on 3rd of Jan 2009 took all the necessary documents and told me it will take 6 working days for the DD to come to your home (now see there is a big change in 4 days and 6 days) the person name is Pradeep his M:[protected] then I was very happy that you have so much belief on me and there was a enquire person coming to my office and to my home after all this process now I called this person that’s Mr. Pradeep on 12th were it is 9th day after the documents produced then he says to wait for 2 more days I did that and called him on 14th he said it may reach today or on 15th Jan. Then there was another call to him on 16th aski9ng for whats happening he said on idea I will get back to you he never did that again called on 17th he did not have any clue of this. Then I asked him for the responsible person’s number to whom I can speak and know about my status he gives the number[protected] when I called this number this was a customer care number were they had no idea of any thing then they also gave the same answer telling that wait for 2 more days lets see it may have been dispatched, he was not sure about that I again called the same number on 21st Jan they didn’t have any clue of the matter. Then I thought let me call up the number who had given me the offer[protected] then they were also not of the help no one is giving me the responsible and capable person’s name or number who can answer me and today 23rd Jan 2009 I called up and took some class to the[protected] number at 12.10pm he was very rude to me after me being rude he gave the number of Mr. Verendher and told call and find out what has happened to your process. Wow at last some body responsible I got then called his number M: [protected] at 12:15pm he just said it is dispatched to your address then I told him I have not yet received. Then he tells me to call up at 3:00pm or else he will check in person and get back to me regarding this at 3:00pm 23rd Jan he never turns back I called him at 6:00pm again he did not have any clue said it should have come I said no I have not yet received then he tells that ho it is 20 days you have given the application then he keeps me on the wait and says that it may be returned (He is not sure about it) then tells me there are 20 cheque returned in that yours also might be one and asked Might be? He said I will check and tell again keeps me on hold for 2 min and gives me the number tell me to call up the Blue Dart number then I did call them on[protected] and the packet number was [protected] called up bluedart and sorry to hear that this number was not of mine it was some Mr. Shukla form Mathikere gokula. So now what should I do called up again Mr. Verendher then he tells me I am helpless call Pune peoples I have no idea of your Dock then I said no idea? Who is responsible for this then he gives back the same Pradeep [protected] number he will have all the details so the same repeated called him again at 7:00pm he also gives me the same fake bluedart number and when he came to know that I have already don the enquire then he says I also have no idea and I can also not give the higher peoples number I can give only call center number and washes his hand.

Now let me know there is any thing happening to my Documents or this is only all are playing games with the customers .

So I am helplessly raising this mail so some body will take some care of this issue or simply let it go like all the other junk mails you get in your mail box.

Very sorry to say that pre-approved loan do not reach the people after 20days also were it was suppose to reach in 4days.

Subject: Unexpected & undue harassment and abuse by staff for a rightful service requested by me at Bajaj Finance.

Dear Sir / Madam

I am writing this mail in terrible disbelief that the prestigious reputation of Bajaj Finance can be so easily tarnished by some of absolutely ill behaved and unprofessional staff at one of Bajaj Finance outlets in Delhi.
Please take note that this disgusting incident has happened to me despite my up to date full & final payments about the service availed by me. So, ironically, even the case of non payments leading to unruly behavior by recovery agents does not apply here and still I was humiliated by them.

All I had requested was the original bill of my Lenovo laptop which I had purchased on 50% down payment and the rest amount financed by Bajaj Finance with reference to Proposal number:- 184218, dated 09/02/08.
Now find below the disgusting sequence of events that has forced me to be seriously doubtful about any product or service of Bajaj

1-I called up the concerned person Ms Sadma for guidance on how to get the original bill since I have made full and final payments.

2.Ms Sadma asked me to go to Bajaj Finance office, opp Maharaja Agrasen Hosp. at Rohtak Road, New Delhi as I went there all the way from Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi which is appx18 km(oneway), the reception out rightly denied that there is anything like original bill, instead they said that only a statement can be given.

3.I called Ms Sadma again and she insisted that I should contact Mr Sachin Panwar([protected]) at the same office and he would provide me the bill.

4.I waited for Mr Sachin Panwar for about 25 minutes and then he came out and said he is going out so I should contact Mr Yogesh Sharma at the same office. Again after some wait Mr Yogesh Sharma came out and without listening to me just sent across a message that he is going to a meeting and will take at least one hour.

5.After wasting so much of time and effort without any result, I called up Ms Sadma again and now she stopped taking the call despite repeated attempts she did not pick my call while regularly took calls of others.

6.Obviously I lost my patience and asked for details of Mr Sachin & Mr Yogesh so that I could make a complaint, instead, Mr Sachin came out and started using foul and abusive language . He even asked me to go to police station or anywhere and he would not care. In fact he started threatening me like a criminal.

Now if an up to date customer gets such treatment at Bajaj outlet without even a reason then I feel sorry for the reputed name of this prestigious company.

However, as a rightful consumer I make a sincere demand that the matter be investigated, verified and action be taken against the culprits at your organizational level with due communication to me, otherwise I will have no option but to go to the consumer forum or any other valid authority.

I still hope that my interest and Bajaj`s reputation will not be compromised in the hands of a few ill behaved arrogant hooligans.Kindly arrane my Orignal Bill

I am in records with the Bajaj Finace Private Limited .I availed a consumer loan for my desktop computer with them and because of my excellent track repaymnet record i earned myself a pre-approved loan which i did apply for in September '2008.I got in touch with Prateek Gupta an employee at the Bajaj Finance office based in Punjabi bagh (New Delhi).He sent an agent named hardeep to collect my documents and after that i made a repeated follow up for the next three weeks.Every time Mr Prateek gupta had some or the other excuse for the loan to be still on hold.I informed them about my address change and did tell them to hurry up but in vain.I moved my address and never received any intimation of the loan.6 months hence i received an information from my barclays salary account that an ECS to Bajaja Consumer Finanace worth rs 2016.00 has been debited.I was infuriated and went to these people the very next day only to find out that there is a loan of Rs 41000.00 in my name .They had no details about the cheque being encashed.They are following up on it they say but i am quite suspicious about there activities.I notice that there are several complaints against this company here.But i do not want my complaint to be lost among all the others.i really think i deserve a logical compensation for this mental harrasement which almost cost my credit history from bad to worse.I was in real need of the money then.They could have done a lot to help me out.But they are really not what they claim to be.Th company knows how to get things done there way.they spent not a single moment to debit my account but now after the clarifivcation they say that they would take time to get the refund and the apology letter.I am very upset regarding this incident.If anything can be done it would be much apprecitaed.

It is being submitted to you that your team of verification and loan sanctioned officers are not working in the interest of company.
I wanted to get finance a voltas A.C in the name of my father, who is a Government Employee (MTNL), having a salary of Rs.20, 000 pm but your staff denied on the grounds that the area where consumer resides is a negative area.Worthnoting point is that they are ready to provide the facility if customer is having credit card or any loan even after having the residence in negative area.

Now one conclusion i can draw that negative area is not a must must necessity.

Coming to second point, is credit card or loan from other bank are more reliable securities than a Central Government or PSU employee.? as we have joint family, we got the same from facility from other company in the house, just adjusent to our house.
I am also going to be a Chartered Accountant and shocked after having experience of this kind of management of affairs in so called big and reputed company.I hope you'll look into the matter as soon as possible.

I had purchased a Washing machine against Loan with Bajaj. Total Cost for the same was 18000 where as I paid 7000 as Downpayment and I was told to pay 1500 X 8 months as EMI and the same was signed. My Due date for Each month was mentioned as 15th. But the loan hit my account on 5th. Due to the same the EMI bounced. the payment for the bounced EMI was made the very next day calling the Exe, Again the EMI had hit my account on 20th of the same month. Later this issue was discussed and the receipt number and other details were submitted to the bank. Now after paying 7 installments regularly, An executive from bank visited my home stating my EMI is bounced for 3 months and I need to pay. I told him to walk in with the statement. When I saw the statement I was shoched to see that My Installment of 8 months is extended to 12 months of Rs 1500 each and Cheques not issued by me is bounced in my account, Point to note was My loan is recovered in ECS. The worst thing to say about this is I had taken loan in the month of Nov and my first installment starts in the month of DEC, But the statement brought by the Exe shows that there was a Cheque bounce in the month of OCT.

What I suggest others is Please do not take any loan from Bajaj as they dont know have a proper procedure to run there Buisness

I had taken consumer loan for buying LG 21inches TV from Bajaj Finance. Due to there responsible person mistake EMI are not deducted correctly for 2 months, i.e., november-2007 and december 2007(last two months of loan period).loan emi was started from may-2007, total tenure is 8 months, I have given post dated cheques whenever i taken loan. meanwhile i enquired in bajaj finance branch HYDERABAD about this issue. that people told me as 'it is already TERMINATED, and no need to pay any amount'. at the same time i requested for balance 2 PDC cheques. but they didnt given proper information and they told to me that PDC cheques are at PUNE, we will send to you communication address'.
but i didnt received any cheque and any call or any sms.
recently 2 days back i got sms on my moble like '"an amount of Rs.2080 (actually it is 2084, EMI 1042+1042) is overdue in your loan account[protected]. Pay the same charges urgently and avoid legal action. Contact our branch".

so in this regard "why should i suffer about this mistake. the mistake was happened from bajaj finance people.

and on[protected] i was checked in CIBIL (CREDIT INFORMATION BUREAU OF INDIA LIMITED). there was showing OVER DUE FOR AN AMOUNT OF 2084/-.

so now iam requesting to you please remove from CIBIL records, because the mistake was made by your people and why should i suffer? in CIBIL my credit score is reduced and CREDIT HISTORY IS showing very bad.
so please give me solution. it is very big problem to me and my credit history.

Dear sir,

I purchased Two wheeler(Bajaj Pulsar 150) thru bajaj finance, Bangalore on 16-Jan-2009. Details of my loan

Complaint: The ECS effective date as per the agreement with bajaj finance was from Feb-05’2009.
The ECS clearance did not happen on the specified date(5th of every month) even though sufficient funds in my account. I called up to the Bajaj finance but they said “the first ECS will be a delay, if not the 2months ECS will happen at a time”. So I waited till Mar, 10’2009.
Then a Collection person from Bajaj Finance came to me directly on Mar’14’2009, saying that the ECS is having some problem, so every month he would come n collect the cash and acknowledge the same. Finance people assured me that there will not be any problem in the ECS.
Exactly on Mar-20th’2009 they had debited a return charges from my account (Rs.221x 2 months) i.e., for the month of Feb and Mar’09.
Later I went to Bajaj finance office, Bangalore. I gave a written complaint on 23-Mar’09, and the manager assured that its their fault and its their software problem and promised me they would Refund the return charges within a week.
So far I haven’t go and response from them. Inspite of sending Emails (4 times), and had called them several times but they very reluctant to the customer calls.

Please consider this complaint as top priority, bcoz this should not repeat to any of the new customers.
