[Resolved]  Bajaj Pulsar 200 Ns — manufacturing defect

I HAD PURCHASED BAJAJ PULSAR 200 NS DATED 17 JULY 2012 , AFTER COMPLLETEING 200 K.MS , THE OIL PRESSURE INDICATOR KEPT ON GLOWING FOR WHICH I TOOK TO THE AUTHORIZED BAJAJ SERVICE STATION , BUT IT DID NOT HELPED , IT AGAIN KEPT ON SHOWING THE SAME INDICATOR , ,TILL THEN I HAD COMPLETED 2000 KMS BIKE WAS DRIVEN AS PER SPEED MENTIONED IN THE BOOKLET PROVIDED I.E 54 KMPH TILL 200 KMS , NOW WHEN I TRIED TO THROTTLE IT BIKE PRODUCED MISSING AT 80-88KMPH INTERVAL, FOR FURTHER QUERY ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE I REGISTERED THE ISSUE IN BAJAJ WEBSITE , AND I HAD TO VISIT THE SAME SERVICE STATION 4 TIMES, DURING MY SECOND VIST THEY TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM IS DUE TO "OIL PRESSURE SENSOR " WHICH THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK AND I HAVE TO VIST AGIN FOR THIS FOR THE SECOND PROBLEM THEY DRAINED OUT THE CARBUERATOR AND TOLD ME NO MISSING WOULD BE THEIR ANY MORE , INDEED I FACED THE SAME BOTH PROBLEM AGAIN , IN THE 3RD MEETING THEY PLACED THE SO CALLED OIL SENSOR AND ASSURED ME THAT ON SUCH PROBLEM WOULD OCCUR IN FUTURE AND DRAINED OUT THE CARBUERATOR AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE DONE THE ROAD TEST AND NO MISSING WAS FOUND ( FOR GENERAL INFORMATION THE ROAD ON WHICH THEY TOOK THE RIDE TEST ONE CANNOT ACHIEVE A SPEED OF 60KMPH ) , SURPRISINGLY I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM ONCE AGAIN ,I CALLED THEM AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT THE SAME OLD PROBLEM FOR WHICH THEY ASKED TO COME AGAIN , 4TH MEETING THEY CLEANED THE SENSOR AND PLACED IT AGAIN , FALSE ASSURANCE AGAIN BY SERVICE STATION PEOPLE , IT DID NOT DISAPPEARED AT ALL .. TILL TODAY I HAVE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM , I HAD MAILED IT THIS ISSUE TO WORK MANAGER ,DID NOT A SINGLE REPLY FROM THEM TILL TODAY , MAILED IT TO BAJAJ COUSTOMER FORUM AS WELL , I HAVE'NT GOT ANY REPLY AS SUCH .

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH A 97,000 BIKE WHICH IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY , ADDING MY TIME WHICH I HAD WASTED IN GOING TO THE SERVICE STATION AND GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN . ADDING THE HARD EARNED MONEY WHICH I HAD INVESTED IN PURCHASING THE MOTORCYCLE , I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN CHEATED WHILE PURCHASING THE BIKE . WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT TO GET THIS PROBLEM SOLVED.

DEAR BAJAJ TEAM,
II M ALSO THE USER OF NS 200, & I WAS ALSO TROUBLED A LOT AFTER PURCHASE OF BIKE.
MANUFACTURING DEFECT OF MISSING IN BIKE IS FROM DAY 1, EVEN BIKE CARBURATTER IS ALSO REPLACED.
YOU NEED TO WORK ON IT SERIOUSLY TO RECTIFY THE SILLY PROBLEMS.
