BALAJI AND COURIER AND CARGO — FRAUD

I have sended the courier to below mentioned address:

Firstly they have not educated me about the custom duty charged. Now when packet is on delivery they are asking the custom duty charged to be paid that is near about 5000/-Rs. And they are giving the bill of 14000/-Rs and stating that this watch cost is 14000/-Rs.But the actual cost of watch is 3600/-Rs. Then how they made it to 14000/-Rs.?. And they have not educated me that u need to send the bill along with the packet

1.DHL Bill made by DHL employee itself... Rs14000/- (Employee decided the cost of consignment himself).
2.Original Bill of consignment which is got to the customer from Gift Shop(Disha timepoint Delhi) Rs.3600/.

I just wanted to know one thing..


Total cost of the Consignment =Rs3600 Consignment + Courier charges Rs3624 + Custom Services charge on the Consignment 346Riyals(Rs4238).


Please advise on the same. shall i pay the bill of the custom services ? Even dhl employee (Mr Arvind )excepted that he made a wrong invoice without any intimation to the customer. I have the recording of telephone conversation which i m having with Mr Arivnd in which he clearly saying that we assume the cost of the watch and we made the invoice of 14000/-
However, we are not getting any positive response from the Balaji Courier and Cargo.



So, please look into matter on high priority

If the reciver need to pay any charge on delivery then what is the use of courier.Then why they have taken 3624Rs/- for courier.
