[Resolved]  Baljeet singh — Not issuing any travel document for my son.

Sir/mam My name is Baljeet Singh gill. I am in Australia. I came here as student with my wife. Here my wife face birth to baby boy on 15 December 2010. And somehow we didn't apply for passport till one year. And in 2012 January I applied for passport for my son because our student visa has cancelled and we don't have work permission in Australia. We want to leave Australia Asa possible and Australian immigration also want same. My first application was refused they said because I applied after one year from my son's birth my son can't get passport. They said I can apply for one way travel document. And I did in febuary . But I didn't get any reply then I contacted to high commission of India in Australia they said me to apply again for emergency certificate and thy will issue the certificate in 10 days. Today on 14th June 2012 I got call from high commission of India they said my son can't get emergency certificate. And the officer was so rude and he said my son is not a citizen of India or Australia. He said it will take one year to issue any travel document for my son which will allow him to enter India. I am trying from last 8 months and now they are saying more 1 year. What should I do now I can't leave my son in Australia. My son is allready a citizen of India. Coz me and my wife are citizen of India. How that officer can say that my son doesn't hold any citizenship . Please solve my problem here is the detail about application.
