[Resolved]  Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited — Electricity Transformer not repaired

I am a resident of 759, C-BLOCK, AECS Layout, Kundalahalli, Bangalore 560037
This area comes under BESCOM SUB-DIVISION S7
our fear is that both 440 and 11 KVA line running in front of our house is sagging and becomes very low. During the recent windy days the lines touch each other and creating lot of fluctuations and damage to the household appliances.
Yesterday night one line snapped and the BESCOM staff temporarily rectified the same. But any time, further snapping of live wire can occur and create very dangerous situation.
Our request is to take immediate preventive action and avoid any mishap that can occur.

I am posting this complaint towards the engineers of the Modi road sub division and kankanagar area this has been noticed that the workers of the company have come on the road fighting and abusing themselves to support one of their college to get the seat in the office, enquired about the detail that this is money making seat said by one of the employee of that office this all the game of members of the local office and some of the junoiur engineers and assistant engineers behaviour is very rude towards the consumers kindly look into the matter

I have paid the bill on 17th march ID: [protected], Transaction was successful
and money was cut from my account but still showing the pending bill
