Basera PG — Seizing my deposit amount

I had a very bad experiences in Basera PG located at Evershine nagar, Malad(W). They just seized my all deposit money, didn't return any amount even after 1000 times calling the management staff Mr. feroz khan or Manish or Saijad or writing mails too.

I had given one month prior notice but still nothing happened and they started threatening me and my family when I asked to give my deposit back. Very bad experience. Also they forcefully took one month extra rent of Rs 7000 and I was in whole loss of Rs.13000.
I never had such bad experiences earlier whereever I had stayed. And they say that to contact to Mr. feroz khan or Saijad if didnt get deposit amount -----What rubbish.

its totally fake complaint no one seized refundable amount and threat to any one for this smaller amount and i was in basera for 5 month they charge 1 month rent and 1 month deposit at a time of joining and 2000 for some documentation i got my deposit after deduction of my dues when i leave the place

i donot agree that any one seized your deposit without any reason

no one seized refundable deposit and i dont beleive that basera management treate for this smaller amount to any one.

i was in basera in 2012 in pleasant park malad. it wasnt exelent place but it was average place in the city. they charge 1 month adv rent and 1 month deposit and they provide furnished accommodation for outsider who relocate in mumbai for job purpose its very average and nice accommodations.

when i left basera pg they deduct my dues from deposit and refund my payment as per terms.

i disagree that firoz bhaiyya and saijad bhaiyya threaten your family when u ask then to refund your deposit.
