[Resolved]  BASIX — Debit of money from[protected] ICICI Bank account without receiving it

DEAR SIR,




Myself Pramod Singh a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank working as a Branch manager in a finance company at Gaya (Basix) . I having a Saving Bank AC No.[protected] ICICI Bank on the date of 30/07/11 I visited a pnb ATM here situated at chandouti more at Gaya on 30/07/11 between 10am to 12 .near bindi market Gaya. There i wants to withdrew amount of 4k so I entered the atm card for withdrawing the amount but at the end i could not receive any amount or statement slip after that I checked after 3 days the 4k amount is deducted from my ICICI account its shows in mini statement So I request you to Redeposit the amount back to my AC No.[protected] of ICICI Bank

BASIX — PASSPORT NOT RECEIVED.

i checked status of my passport application then i found that passport office required 1 year address proof, so reference to there query regarding Passport, I again sent the Attested Photocopy of My Bank Pass Book having transaction of last one Year As Proof of Address through Speed Post on dated 05/Aug/2008 at Passport Officer, Bhopal. but still i am not got my passport. Please let me know that when or how I will received my passport.

BASIX — PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED AT LAST 1 MONTH

I WAS APPLY FOR PAN CARD DATED ON 25/12/2008 BUT YET I DON'T RECEIVED THE PAN CARD TIL DATE ON 4/2/09 MY ACKNOWLEDGMENT NO. OF PAN IS [protected] SO PLEASE ISSUE MY PAN CARD AS EARLY AS.

Dear sir,

My name is Hakam singh anjana my emp. id 2883 , my working period 30 july 2009 to 9 Feb 2011, i have submit my pf detail in July 2011in Basix office but till date company do not provided my PF amount, my PF account no. AP/HY/30778/002883 . kindly i want to know my pf transaction details
