to whom it may concern:
Yesterday at the Cancun airport I had to make an emergency call because my cell phone did not work... I used a pay phone with my debit card.... Today, I checked my bank balance and saw this absolutely outrageous charge of 49.49.. that is sick, highway robbery to take advantage of people. I want to know how to get my money back or at least most of it... this is not right, and I am sure you have heard complaints about them before.
