[Resolved] BCM Career — Cheating and non completion of work as per given commitment

I am facing a lot of trouble because of Mr. Abhay Dhanotkar the Director of Bizwin Softmass. We had asked him to do the website for BCM Career in the month of Dec 2010 and he gave the commitment that the website will be complete till 14th of Jan, but the website is not complete till date (19th of April) as per the requirement and the commitment given by him.
We required this website as early as possible because it was the admissions season which lasts not more than or after April. We have faced great losses due to him and now he says that the website is complete and is troubling us for the balance payment. But the website is not complete at all, we had asked him for the refund as he is not able to complete the task but he is not ready to do so.

Please will anybody help me in this matter.

We request you, plz help me to get the refund from Mr. Abhay of Rs. 20,000 and the loss for the print material of Rs. 5000 and the SMS activity money of Rs. 10000.

This complaint is resolved, please delete this complaint.. the biz win soft mass refunded the amount. we took legal action against in kothrude police station. mr abhay refunded the money by cheque

If they ask u for to deposit money for the pre placement, don't give any money to them, they use your money for thier different Bussiness purpose(Investment, loan, dealing, etc). They don't have any internal relationship, tieup or settings with companies, they just lie on you.
They give interview calls just searching from Indeed and more job portals, that dosn't make any sense, bcz u r giving Money to them for just searching interviews for u from interenet...I[censored] hv doubts ask me : [protected]@gmail.com .. put subject line : 'BCM CAREER EXPERIENCE'
