[Resolved]  Bellovista Technologies — Unethical Behaviour & salary Issue

I am very sorry to hear such news but still, if someone is being terminated for any reason, there should be clear cut logic behind that. Most of the cases the reason is non performance because if an employee fails to perform in the desired level, specifically, if they fail to incur the desired amount of revenue as expected from them, they are supposed to work hard to get the revenue without hampering the interest of the customer and therefore, the process is supposed to be a very challenging one . But this is exactly the rule of the every outbound call centre. People are striving hard in each and every call centre in India and abroad and each and every single employee are vulnerable to such kind of struggle. This could be the probable reason for higher attrition rate, but whatever be the cause, they candidates are duly informed about the reason of his lay off. I fail to get the logic why you are saying like that you have heard anything like that or never got any kind of feedback. One of my people previously worked in Bellovista, he was also terminated for non performance but he got his salary as soon as he went there.

In companies like bellovista, it is a very unusual to listen such a story of non disbursement of salary . because as an existing employee, I used to get my salary in each month and in exactly the same date as I am supposed to get it .I am very contented as I have no issues with the company regarding the salary .however when you are facing this trouble, you are supposed to inform the HR because, an organization like BELLOVISTA, the HR over here are supportive enough to solve your problem and by the in case of termination also, there are also schedule time period after that you will be able to draw your salary . ------jacquilline
