I thind u have made the payment after due date.If this is right plz so ur bill & rcpt at nearest keb office to je & take a signature.Then from thos month i[censored] will pay the bill in time/before due date then that amount should not reflect in next month bill.

hi i am a MBA student..Inspite of my busy schedule i took some time to go to RPC layout branch electricity bill paying office from Nagarbhavi. though there were 4 people standing in the queque, the person in the counter closed the door on us asking us to come after 2 hours. the government employees are here to serve the public not to show their authority on us pls take some action on the above show some courtesy towards the public.
I stay in National Games Village Koromangala. I have paid all the electricity bill in time . This month they put 10, 000 in arrears section. I don't know from where have this amount come.

on 17-07-13 bill amount rupees: -1212.00 ( Please note the negative sign.I asked your office located near ITI colony gate and they told me, NO NEED TO PAY, your exess amount is in your account we will deduct your bill amount from this exess amount )
on 16-08-13 bill amount rupees: -1037.00 ( This amount is after deduction o[censored]nits consumed )
on 16-09-13 bill amount rupees: 1435.00 ( suddenly negative sign gone, so, i paid this amount through online )
on 16-10-13 bill amount rupees: - 641.00 ( instead of 16-08-13 amont -1037.00 + 16-09-13 amount 1435.00 = 2472.00 only - 641.00 you mentioned in 16-10-13 bill.
please clear me and send details of your calculation to my email [protected]@gmail.com

I too got a random amount of 218 as arrears in my July Bill. Bangalore one people were dumb enough not to answer and after discussing withh all the ladies there, I chose to agree to the least dumb lady who randomly decided to pay the amount without arrears.

That is so stupid..its 5 years and 2 months in Bangalore, I have never witnessed such a terrible situation. On top of that the electrician is not ready to listen after two months date only he should come.
