[Resolved]  Best Info System Ltd — Employee Harassment ( Non Payment of Salaries)

Guys, one thing to know is that our country is run mostly by fraudstars, 420s, Harmaads and the like. To find a cutting solution here is only to talk to a lawyer and act according to his guidance. If some one is not getting salary and already left the organization, then go to a lawyer, there is actually an lot of things that can be done than you think. Even some one has no offer letter, still there is a lot of thing to do. And these are not a mere words I am giving you out of excitement or fancy, rather I am a person who is already 8 years in the industry and worked with many reputed houses. So, I am assuring you there are ways, but talk to a good lawyer who is in the labor court practice.

Really appreciate Guys, thnx for guidance. That why we should full check previous record before joining any company.

ya i agree with you all. bestinfosystems is a fake company. it nt a company at all. i dnt knw hw cn dese people hav a client like IBM. guys i suggest you never do any kind of business wid bestinfosystems. why dnt you suggest d employees of best where dey shud go to raise dere issues. coz ashok sachan he is running this firm since 10-11 years den he must hav guts to run dis fake org for such a long tme. and most of the people whom r working in best are freshers. can you suggest ...

All the above things are true, i also worked for this companybut luckily i had never faced any haressment over there & also got the salary .

But there is mistake at our end too taht when they in the begining told us about this we still joined such a company.I heared Nagender left the job also.

Even Preeti about you i heard from Rajeev that u were performing good, but surprised they have done this with you.

If you just want to gain the experience, you can go for company.At the time of your joining the company disclose all its conditon,
They will nt offer u any kind of offer letter but i[censored] complete 1.6 year with the company they will give you the same .
The company hold the salary if you dont reach to your targets, disclosed at the beginning.Yes true the company does not give the incentives on time but it does.

So guys not a bad idea to start your career and if you are undergraduate ...and wants to shape carreer in HR field coz other companies in HR dosnt generally give chance to undergraduate

seriouslly ..i worked there for around 7 months when i was doing my graduation fst year then i left the job and got into BPOs
I always get the salary yes didnt get my incentives but salary was there .

HI like this company ...we have one more company name ISCENT E Services its in arjun nager ... this company own by NITI CHUDHRI AND ASHISH bouth are one of the worst person i hav ever seen they make u off so much that u cant work . they didnt gave me offer letter. from the first day of joining i am asking abt the offer letter. but everytime they give the new date. I was running through my worst phase of life when i decided on joining this agency.They will say you that they will provide you offer letter but trust me if you will be giving your whole career life with them they wont provide you anything.

PLZ dont join the company ever

Bestinfostsyem consultancy only harrses the girls and give them opportuinty to sleep with him and then confirm her job.I know very grls who ae suffrinf of the smae.

I am not an employee of this company But after Reading this I am Surprised why didn't anyone took a Action against such kind of Company ...these People are Harassing their Employees so much ..thats very bad...'' on these Kind of Companies.

I am Charles from tamilnadu and faced similar painful situation and occurance

with him. I am a job seeker in software testing field with 8.5 yrs. he asked

me go for direct interview of NIIT chennai. but i am very very far away from

chennai i.e. kanyakumari (900km). still i went but before going i confirmed

with them whether i got shortlisted. they said i got shortlisted. i went with

lot lot of preparation in day n night and expectation but once i reached i

stunned to know that there is just a written test of some aptitude like and

not selected in that and asked me immediatley to leave. noone n nowhere

written test conducted for experienced professional like me. i spent all my

nights, took all pains and burdens in hand and moreoever it costs me somuch

of 2000 rupees which is a living for my family for a month as i am poor and jobless.

I am Vijay singh wanted to lodge a complaint against Mr. Ashok Sachan Director of Best Info System Ltd. F-4&5 Vijay Block Laxmi Nagar for his employee harassment.
He is the man who runs a recruitment consultancy he has hired me on 3rd nov. 2009 to 31 jan.2011. for the post of "Mis Executive"
But has not issued any offer letter not to me nor to any one else as usual .
Even though me along with others has worked hard for him but at the time of salary distribution he has having habbit of making others to cry for their salary he along with his other collegue make fun of his employees he is even harrasing them for salary.
I even wanted to suggest others also that kndly dont go in any such company like Best Info system where such mean people like Ashok Sachan stay.

I Hope you people atleast take action against some action against him so that others may not face same issues.

I too agree with all what is stated above. There are situations when people have some exigency to start working in haste and such things happen. Thanks for bringing this matter in notice of other applicants.

I am Preeti Mungali, only person i found nice, decent and understanding and fights for employeess is Mr Parmod Ahuja, ex officer from Army working as manager Admin.
Only person i respect him is he joined few months back, honest and straight forward

He was the one to treat me as sister, gave me all documents, offer letter, releving and salary slips too which i didnt expect from this company, he has helped lots of people and just goes against injustice if any, his cell no is [protected], may god bless people like him who dare to stand alone against all odds

all the bloody TLS are running after girls working there, is that the atmosphere full of lust and dirt, the girls who are entertainers and ### are given respect and others are neglected

y not govt take any legal action or if d person Ashok sachan is really a currupt person than y not anybody sue against him...it is d matter of thinking is this really true...or if true than employee should sue against him...so others can't involve in it and it is a kind of learning to such kind of organizations...

This Company called Bestinfosystems is such a crap. I have visited there. Though there are lots of recruiter working with this firm but there is nothing like as work environment. There is no management team only Ashok Sachan and his 1 or 2 close relatives who take care of everything. Nothing like management everyone working there as a recruiter. No facilities like sanitation, ventilation. There is no particular rule for salaries whenever Ashok Sachan wants he deducts the salary without any proper reason. He works like as autocrate. He is such a creep, atrocious. 10- 10 per day work 6 days without any extra benefit only he can do so and your will never get the salary which has been written on the paper. I dont know after doing so many scams how they people are still safe?? Guys I recommend you dont go there for work.
Everything which has written on earlier statements its true. So please think before joining any firm.

Like many of the consultant firm in delhi it is also fake...but the case of employee harassment is the worst. These are the people who use innocent people for their own profit and there are hundreds consultant like this is only in delhi, They are ruing or i can say playing with students career.
There are no value of words so please don't join any co. without an offer letter.

hi frnds, i also worked for best info system, its really a very pathetic company, they take 10 working hrs, even u r 5 mins late they cut off their one day salary, they never give the salary on time, even i[censored] take the leave of more than 2 days they took your current month salary on hold, they did not give the salary in the following month, you wont get any incentive here, too much work pressure is there, even Ashok Sachan don't treat the employees politely..I suggest please don't go for these types of company whether is it best info or any other... please dont waste your time by working with these companies..
