Dear Sir/Madam,

First of all, i Prashant Manohar Murkar would like to thank BEST Mumbai Bus Service no. for starting bus from Mangatram petrol Pump no. 423 and 425 towards Marol/Sakinaka. Also very much thankful for starting bus no. 492 from Vasant Leela to Andheri via GandhiNagar.

Now i request you to start direct BEST bus from either from Vikhroli to Kharghar or extend the bus services to Kharghar which are going currently to Vashi. This is the requirement as my office is shifted to Kharghar from Powai. Infact i have many colleogues who are staying in Kanjur Marg/Bhandup who can make o[censored]se of this new requested service.

I am sure that BEST will suits this proposal commercially viable.

Bus route No.492 between Waghbil and Seepz, Andheri is a boon to residents at Ghodbuner road, Thane. Kudos to the BEST management for its efforts to innovate such things. We, Thaneits feel that it is time the BEST takes over whole services everywhere in Thane and help us, the thaneits from the horrible services given to us by TMT. Our so-called local leaders, who are reportedly not supporting this cause will learn their lessons soon. U are here to serve people. The people of Thane, the peace loving people of thane are suffering in the hands of TMT inspite of paying the taxes and other charges on time. - R Nair from Thane.
