i am S. K. Lagah from LAGAH EXPORST - INDIA.
We are manufacturer and exporters of virgin remy indian hair and brazilian texture.
hereby i want to tel all of you a serious issue which we are facing and hope you may also be facing this problem.
from last three weeks, a lady named herself nicole calling me and saying that she placed an order with our company few months ago and her customers are not satisfied with the hair and want her money back.
When we asked her about her order and her contact details, she is not providing anything and saying that if we do not send USD 1216 to her via western union, she will write bad things about our company on internet to ruin our reputation. She is literally threatening us to steal our money. she is calling from a number which shows itself as 301 only and no proper number details.
When she called me this monday, i told her that if she do anything against our company and dont stop to frustrate us, we will make a complaint about her to cyber police, and when i said her these hot words, she said she will definitely do something against our company.
But after that i have received no call from her.

First and last Intimation for refund, before criminal case against me
After speaking to our lawyer in India find the following points.
It is very sad the way you behave, we don’t want any replacement anymore according to your bad behaviour.
1 – 5 days after we received the goods ( and not after one month as you said, we have the track records) we have informed you about this non acceptable quality by an email. We have an expert report we made just after opening the package out from customs and photos. The product are impossible to sell because of this very poor quality.
2 - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Describe there the default of the product xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
the curly hair was not wefted correctly. cuticles are going in wrong direction and you can not comb
through it. doesnt matter what season it is should be able comb through it. shedding badly, curl pattern not same as sample sent.
hair is dull looking.
3 - is the western union sent. If no refund we will file a complaint to Criminal Court in Delhi for Cheating, fraud,
4 – We will send a letter also to the International TAX OFFICE to explain our story about .
5 – We will write a complaint against your Company to Chief of police of Delhi
6 – We will inform also Delhi customs to take action to stop you in the future cheating other USA customers
7 – If no refund at reception of goods we will also write complaint in all site of complaint in Internet.
We are now organising to send your goods back to the sender address, we will let you know the tracking
We are waiting until Friday to take all necessary actions.
If you are bold enough to create fake and after sending non sense, we will never let you go with our money, I expect you understand
We have prepared already all track records of this bad story and copy of all emails for cyber crime police in Delhi also
I expect you understood, never you will escape by lying
Dishonesty we never prevail

People, I know some of these cheaters personally and this forum is 100% true. They are just trying to destroy others instead of doing their own business. I don't want to mention the name of them but everything written here is true for sure. Even am getting a threat email from a person called Rick thesing. He is threatening me the same way by saying that he needs all the refund and returns the hair after receiving money.

LAGAH EXPORTS IS HORRIBLE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I ordered a 18" lace wig and a 20 and 22 inch double drawn weft. I paid over $680.00 for it, and he reassured me that it was the best. He sent me a 10" wig instead of 18" and it was soooo cheaply made the lace and this orange fabric they use has so much stretch, no structure and extremely flimsy it just rolled off your head. The double drawn was so dry and full of grey and may have started the inches I ordered but they cut 2" across the bottom so they can call it double drawn and both came two inches shorter than I ordered.
I let him know I would let people know about his company (which I don't think he has, because it took three weeks for him to send, and it wasn't a special order) It's obvious he's lying about having a manufacturing companies. He sends away for it himself, but he's listed as a manufacture. At any rate he said he would just say I was another manufacturer trying to make his company look bad instead of improving there own quality. Other companies won't give you info about them because they don't want to get caught bad mouthing other companies, so I need you to know I am honest about the truth I have told you about LAGAH EXPORTS. What we are asking you only to delete the complaints first and we are ready to accept the wig after sending you payment.
Moreover you was saying that Mayor is against us so we would like to inform you that we have contacted your mayor Mr. John Nicholson `s office and have send him an email regarding this issue too. His assistant lady told us that they will forward this mail to the Mayor and they will help us to resolve this issue too. Plus if needed we will send our legal representative to his office too to discuss this matter.
From this you can understand that we are seriously willing to resolve your issue positively asap.

Much inaccurate information is disseminated and no one is held responsible. In an effort to be brief yet let you know what the facts are, here are some points:
1.)Beverly Houston does exist and she answered her phone. However, she claims she has no knowledge of your company.
2.)Her address Winding Way does not exist in my town.
3.) Fortunately, my wife has beautiful natural hair and does not wear wigs or hair extensions.
4.) I do not have the power to stop anyone from doing business in the USA. Even in my own town I can not stop someone from opening a business as long as they follow our town ordinances.
5.) If you do come to USA to expand your business please come look at my town we have great location and always welcome new companies.
6.) As an elected official I have little or no recourse against libel or slander. On the other hand you might consider legal help...I believe you have greater options.
I truly wish you well in with your problem and I am serious that we welcome new business'.

1. If you go to India, please first visit the factory and office of the company from which you are going to purchase the hair before and then make the payment for your requirement as scheduled by you.
2. You can enquire and discuss about the Indian companies with your excising local importers they could be a good source.
3. Make sure the person is capable of handling your requirement.
4. Do not make the mistake of going with the local people when you visit India. There are taxi people and touts who will take you to companies where they get good commission against your purchase.
5. These taxi peoples takes to the some particular dealers lives in certain areas like Redhills and Avaadi in Chennai-India, who sell the hair which is collected from postmortem body in the hospital and died person hair from burial ground in very low cheap price which is collected from All over India. Which normally regular exporters do not touch this type of hair in awareness of bad eliments, so this hair is sold in thrown away price.
6, Hair in low price this may lead to unhealthy hair, which cannot be dyed
Or bleached all are henna hair cheaply available in Chennai. My humble advice is that do not believe in touts and Taxi Drivers word who forces you to buy hair from this guys to make good commissions.
7. Whereas many Jewish hair importers they do not like to import the hair from holy temples as it is sacrificed to Hindu Gods, how come a normal people like to buy dead body hair. Only greedy buyers come to India they buy these types of hair and saying cheap price.

Hair buyers/users worldwide BEWARE!![protected]after an indepth search of all the ONLINE hair dealers I discovered that 0nly 10 to 12 are genuine rest are FRAUD. In India human hair is got from temples after an auction by the temple authorities. There is ONLY ONE buyer in such auctions and he is in Mumbai. After purchasing such hair he further sells to small time manufacturers in India. These can be from Chennai or any other place. Even Alibaba of China is offering Indian human hair on its sites. Brazil is another place where human hair can be purchased, but they are also scamsters. Firstly, all such manufacturers in India are practicing something called "BLENDING"-------which means mixing natural human hair with non-remy/synthetic hair. That is how they rip you off. Secondly, they ask for the payment upfront. So you have NO option but to accept the stuff they dispatch to you. Refunds are only heard of, but nothing happens in actual, as there is NO law against these unscrupulous dealers. Just for the readers information regarding human hair[protected] it is categorised in four styles by the famous Andre' Walker (hair stylist of Oprah Winfrey). These are Straight, Wavy, Curly and Kinky. These are available in the following categories: - Virgin, Remy, Non-remy, Premium and Synthetic fiber. Only Virgin and Remy are natural human hair, the rest are either processed or artificial. Most popular in the beauty saloons worldwide are Non-remy, Premium and Futura (kind of fiber) as they are very cheap[protected]but are widely sold as the REAL STUFF. Same is the case for diamonds and zircon. Remember they look alike but zircon can never be REAL DIAMONDS. Lastly, the ONLY test of natural human hair is by burning a strand.
