Yes, I agree that Orior Developer has been cheating a lot of people. First they take money from customers and buy big lands and when the value appreciates, they do not give plot to the original people. Instead they sell them at high prices..thus making good money..
This is not good.. You should go to consumer forum.. I think that is the only way to teach them lesson..

I too get cheated by Orior Developers in bhasker valley project. after 4 years we dont stand anywhere except false promises by Orior developers ...Please suggest what are the ways to get our money and how to log complaints...

I TOO GET CHEATED BY ORIOR DEVELOPER I BOOKED A 200 SQ YRDS PLOT IN 2007 BUT STILL NOT GETTING INFORMATION HI HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED A PLOT OR NOT FAKE PROMISES ARE BEING MADE I THINK WE CUSTOMERS SHOULD FORM A ASSOCIATION AND TALK TO BUILDER TO FIND A SOLUTION.I

The company is taking the investors for a ride. I had applied for cancellation after clearly being told that the posession will not be given for another few years as stuck in governmental approvals. They wanted me to cancel and invest at their Jaipur project however i refused and asked for full refund including penalty. The refund however has not been processsed since last 5 months. I will be taking the company to court and filing with the Economic offences wing.

I suggest you to also file a consumer case against the company for having defrauded us.

I am also in the same status, booked plot in 2006 paid 3 installment and visited gurgaon to check the status. Spoken to
Mr Dhondi who is taking care of Karjat Office. But still he told nothing is moving. He told to return the money
but question is keeping money for so long is no use. We have to collectivly ask the owner to give the
