Offered Franchise to me of NSB I have paid a sum of 1.25 Lacs rupee to him, he told me that my application is in waiting and will revert me once get the approval from the higher management. After done a lot of follows now his mobile no. comes switch off and getting no reply from his side. I have paid that amount in cash at his office located at (Raheja Plaza, Lokhadwala, Andheri West) and got a cash receipt of 75 Thousands as a advance sum for Franchise fee.

I am making this announcement so that he cannot make fool anybody else. This person speaks very well English and having a Big Car (Laura-Skoda, Black color) so any one can be impressed by him in first meeting only. I have also interrogated that he is not a pliot and had not worked for Canadian airlines in his life. There is no such Institute at that place now I have visited 5 times at the same place but found locked (Raheja Plaza, Lokhandwala, Andheri West).

Request: I am searching that person but unable to trace him, Please inform me if anyone get any information about him.

Do agree with you, I have also worked for NSB about a month reporting to Bhupesh Malhotra, a very rude manager under him to whom i was reporting to, Bhupesh always ask for the Student enrollments, whereas his pilot training course fee is very high. Thank God I have not picked any enrollments for him. how you got in touch with him? me too need to recover my 1.6 month's salary, I have a signed appointment by Bhupesh Malhotra and also have a acknowledgement of my resigned from his mail official mail ID. Please let me know if i can recover my money from him.

Guys, I would like inform you that He have done Big scams in NIM too, and wanted by State police of Gujarat, Rajasthan and many places of India. he is running these kind of schools and fake degree scams from last 2-3 years. I know this thing coz i have worked for him about 2 months but after knowing all these things run away from his company. I have come to know that he is still operating the institute in the name of www.nottsfordlearning.com.

I do agree with Ashmita that anyone can be fooled by him coz he use big companies name that he worked with Reliance, pantaloon etc. but I doubt that he ever worked for them.

I am going to be pursuing your comments and terminate this by filing this as an act of defamation in the the criminal court.

Please present the receipts of the amount and dates.
Where the franchise location to be purchased.
Who were you dealing with in regards to franchise, since I did not do that directly.
Which lawyer did you appoint to read the franchise agreement.

FYI. Canadian Airlines has been bankrupt since 1999. You are right I never worked for them at least get the copy paste function to work on your computer and read. I do not need to justify my resume to you since I do not even know who you are. Also airlines do not just give the info on their pilots you need a pilots license number for that, this will be produced once we are in court.

I was an employee not the owner or the director, unless you can produce documentation.

As for salary please send your address so I can serve the legal notice which was sent to all the employees upon my resignation, as I was also an employee not the owner.

I have known Mr. Bhupesh Malhotra for the last 5 yrs and there is no other individual as hard-working, sincere and honest. You guys have tried to malign his reputation but the truth is you all will pay for what you guys have done. He came here to work and not to do any scams. The biggest scammers who are Abhishek Dhariwal, Mohit Khurana and Jitender Singh are absconding after not paying his salary for months.
Do you know defamation is? maybe you all should look into that. Whoever is looking at this need to call the Rajasthan police as you say rakesh to verify all this. The man has NEVER even been to any NIM campus or Rajasthan for that matter!!
