I have purchased a double bed wooden cot at Bigbazr located at Express avenue Chennai on 16.02.2011. My oredr No is 509 dated 16.02.11Rs 12750/- Delivery time is three weeks . I waited for three weeks but I have not received the cot. I called the manager who is incharge of stotres but he refuse to deliver the product because it is not available in market . I asked him to refund the amount which I was paid. He is not responsing for it . Kindly help me.

BIG BAZAAR — Delay delivery and no information
I have been ordered on a wall unit on early march with invoice number [protected], which supposed to be delivered before 30 the march, but there was no indication that it is going to delivered sooner or later. The all commitments made by the store manager looks like to cheat or fooling out the customers. Now we are on a fix what do. Keep on calling the store regularly to know the status .. L that is quite unfair. As the store manager said we are taking the maximum time on precautions but never been told what will happen when it goes beyond that. and when i called up they still dont know when the product could be deliverdI m now on a fix please let me know where should I do ? and when I should I get the product, is there any compensation for these kind of harassments.
