charging more on mrp cheating with middle class people.they does't know how talk with a customer. many staf members are theft, they use to stole things from bigbazar and belame on innocent customer. and demanding money on the name of settelment. many people has suffered from this.
request plz cancell the license of big bazar

IT IS TRUE THAT YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE FROM BIG BAZAR VASHI CONTACTED ME AND APPOLIZE FOR THE SAME AND REQUESTED ME TO COME BIG BAZAR AND THEY WILL ADJUST THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT IN NEXT BILL. I KNOW AMOUNT IS VERY SMALL. BUT WHAT AOBUT YOUR FUTURE GROUP WHO IS MAKING BIG BENEFIT OF SUCH SMALL AMOUNT OF OVERCHARGING. WHAT ABOUT MY FEELING REGARDING BIG BAZAR AND GENERAL PUBLIC WHO WENT THEIR TO PURCHASE THEIR DAILY USE ITEMS.

I HAVE DECIDED TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT. I HAVE ALREADY HANDED OVER THE PAPERS TO MY ADVOCATE FOR FILLING THE COMPLAINT. MY ADVOCATE HAS ALSO SUGGESTED TO LODGE FIR AND GIVE THE DETAILS OF BILLS TO MEDIA.

big bazar vashi — OVER CHARGING ABOVE MRP

Recently, I again visited the Big Bazar Vashi and purchase certain commodities including Pure & Fresh Ghee with MRP Rs. 270 but I was Charged Rs. 275 i.e. again overcharged.
it was third time within 2 months, i have been overcharged and every time after making complaint, I am receiving calls from concern Big Bazar that it is due to New Fresh arrival with New Price and asking me to come with bill and get adjusted your overcharged amount in next bill.

I think Big Bazar should change their tag line to "Sabse Mehnga and Charging above MRP" .
