on 18th dec.2009, friday i and my friend went to watch Avatar movie at Odeon- Big Cinemas in Cannaught Place in NEW DELHI. i found out that there was some problem with the screen.on one side of the screen , i don't know what it was but when the images where lighter there were dark patches visible which spoilt the whole experience. i tried complaining but i was not allowed to meet the person concerned. the guards also did not cooperate. they made sure that i 'm not able to meet the manager. after a few tries i gave up as i could not waste my time.. i left the place with a bad taste even after watching a good movie! so is there anything you can do to let the person ,handling the operations of the movie theater mentioned above, know to make sure that they should learn to take care of their customers and also learn how to improve their services by taking customers' feedbacks? i have decided never to visit that theater again.
