I too agree the complaint about the salary delay...I din get salary of last month nor the experience certificate...The only mistake in my life was joining in bigleap ...it was terrific 5 months in bigleap...I just dnt want 2 thnk abt those authorities I just hate that cheaters when ever i call him they used 2 tell that they will giv salary...when they will giv???If they will not give they have to tell it frankly... Its not bigleap, ITS BIGCHEAP...

I too had gone through similar bitter experience from BigLeap Calicut. This kind of "so called IT companies" are a real shame to the whole Real professional IT companies in the country, by spoiling their name too in the global market. They consider their employees as beggars who dont have any other hope in life, no where to go. I think the "pseudo CEO" has become an employee's blood sucker after reaping the profit by selling their blood and hope. May be because of that he always says I Love employees, Just like we say "I Love Chicken".
Should I advise you guys, who are dreaming about an entry into IT industry through bigleap, to change your mind. Its hard time for them to change their name to "BigLoop" as they are experts in trapping young educated brains of India into their masterpiece tricky loops.

I too suffered same problem from BigLeap Softwaresolutions Pvt Ltd. Its time to change company name to BigCheats or BigLoops or BigCheap. They still beleive in slavary system. For that they conduct internship program every year.

bigleap is having one association with keltron which holda campus placement, they hire students by showing the name of keltron and cheating by giving the certificates of big leap.
the ceo/md is a comic character and the manager is a rubber stamp.

May I say the one who are in favor of Bigleapinte. You just visit nadakav police Station in Kozhikode. Then you can understand how many complaints are given related to salary issue. There is a salary issue . Some also told people who are blaming like this are underperformers.
OK if you are working in a company and you are getting this month's salary after 3 months will you be happy .
