I had bought my Honda Activa on 10th Aug 2009 by paying Cash amount of Rs. 52000 to the bikez showroom, since then I had to wait for nearly 3 months to obtain the RC book, which I eventually got in the month of November, but I am yet to receive the Insurance papers of my bike. Every Time I contact the Bikez showroom in Kharghar/ Seawoods, they say we'll get it in 2-3 days. Its not possible for me to go there every now and then as I work nights and sleep in day time. I escalated this issue to the owner of the showroom Mr. Sudhir Sachdeva, and he assured me another 2 days in the month of December, I am waiting for his answer since then, every time I call them, they don't pick up my call, and whenever I visit them, they make reasons like - I might have lost the insurance papers as they had given it to me. I never received it in the 1st place. I have been caught by the RTO police thrice and had to pay a sum of nearly Rs. 500 total. Here are the details of people involved:

a Honda Active from this show room during first week of Sept. 2010. But till date the original Registration Certificate, Insurance papers and book let containing free service sheets are NOT GIVEN, IN SPITE OF OUR REPEATED REQUESTS AND PERSONAL VISITS. Further, after doing the firwst free service, they demanding money by argueing they they will not give the key unless we make the payment. That may be reason they are purposely not giving the book-let contaning free service leaflets, so that we can get the scooter free serviced any other authorized service centre. We had a very tough time with Bikez right from the beginning. We had to wait almost two months to get the delivery after paying the cost. They are overcharging too.. !!! I am about to file a case to consumer court against these guys followed by a final letter of intimation with a copy to M/s. Honda Motor Cycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., Head office and West Regional Office. Remember, they are also spoiling the name of the reputed manufacturing company (Honda Motor Cycles & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.) I here by request all concerned responsible higher-ups to take appropriate action immediately.
