[Resolved]  Bilkish Associates — Harassment

Dear friends,
I lost my job in Dubai due to recession and am here with my family in Dubai.
But now I have an offer for new job and would like to know whether these Bilkish associates
can create problems for me as they are threatening me with legal action for default on RAK
BANK credit card.Anyone who could suggest me how to tackle these people please mail me

First of all they cannot collect for a bank that does not have any sort of license and retail operation in India.

Secondly----let us assume for a moment that these people are legitimate collection agencies----a credit card or a loan default is a mere civil case and NO Police case can be registered against you for this. (There is a chance that they are using a policeman who might be in their payroll in which case you need to approach your lawyer and if you do so then this policeman fearing for his job will never call you again.)

Thirdly the correct procedure is to tell them to send you a debt validation notice with the correct relevant details.

Tell them that in India is not banana republic like the UAE and there are laws .

Please approach a lawyer and DO NOT Give in to these anti - social elements masquerading as collection agencies. Knowledge, Information and courage are the keys to fight this menace

Even if you pay them, the money will be pocketed by these agencies and will not reach the bank .

dont bother of this bilkis and if you want you can make a compaint against this bilkis. here in India you are legal and no one is allowed to hassel you about your Dubai dues. ok. you can take help of law it is not much costing so dont you worry of it,

for your kind n relevant information the Indian government has given the permission to BILKISH PVT to follow the customer regarding his laibilty here in India... some ppl are so irresponsable that they borrow money frm the bank and never return it back..such pethetic ppl...n now when they don't want to pay they are spreading the rumors tht bilkish ..emp are threatning them..hw disgusting..i[censored] have borrowed money frm the bank u should have the guts to repay it..

Bilkish Associates is doing an outstanding job..they have helped me to settle my dues..i m very thankfull to them..they offer some promising deals which make it more easy for the people to settle their dues...

Bilkish doesn't have any license as a collection agency for UAE banks if they have let them send that information to all people what is their authorisation from a particular bank to collect dues from their past customers.

There are some more agencies in India, one such told me that have been authorised by one agency in UAE, which is authorised collector of the BANK in UAE.

If they have any legal standing instead of THREATNING they should send legal notice...which they never do...
