[Resolved] Billdesk.com — deducted amount of failed transaction

On 05.11.2012 i am trying to send payment of my hdfc credit card monthly premium amount Rs. 1005/-through netbanking of Oriental bank of commerce. but after completion of all process, in step 3 message shows transaction status failured. and i forget note down the transaction id. but the payment is deducted from my account.so please refund my deducted amount as soon as possible.The details of credit card and other are given below.

Credit Card — payment deduction on TRansaction failure

I am facing subject error since last 1-2 weks for which deduction from credit card is done & transaction failed.

I have faced lots of problems due to such instances as the non booking at hotels/bus etc.

Kindly resolve teh issues imemdiately to reverse the amount

Billdesk.com — not refunded amount after failure transaction

when i m appling for my jee -main examination via online after filling the details my amount RS1000 from debt card is paid through bill desk .com &my amount had been deducted after some time it is shown that transaction is an failure but my is still not refunded application no :40432838

LAST 28/1/2014 MY MOBILE RECHARGE COULD NOT SUCCESSFUL BUT 50 RUPEES DEBITED IN MY ACCOUNT .MY AIRCEL MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]. RECHARGE SITE IS WWW.BILLDESK.COM. SO I WANT MONEY BACK AGAIN. SO HELP ME .
