As my previous company Birla sunlife distribution company ltd has filed my PF application form in AUG, 2009, Till now i havent got it, as now a days iam suffering from financial issues. Request you to look into this and release my PF amount at the earliest my PF No=MH/438999/665.

I received my PF cheque on January ,but our HDFC company account has closed ,so that i cant able to deposit that SBI cheque ,I returned the cheque to your kandivali office Maharastra enclosed with by hand letter and new axis bank cheque leaf . Mentioned with New Account number ([protected], Madipakkam branch) but we didnt receive or claim till date.
