[Resolved]  BL Solutions — Fraud Company

I think this message may be wrong because i was approached one person with the name of Lanka Srinivas @BL Solutions. Initially i had inquired with in my network i got information as like Lanka srinivas is a fraud guy in scenarios (1. Clinical training - He is having only 1yr of industry exp as a SAS programmer in virchusa laboratory rest of the exp as like lecturer in Vishwa bharathi college, both are located at hyderabad). Then after i have canceled one Agreement worth of 4lacs upfront.

Totally he was started & close many companies list.

4th & 5th companies Sanjeevani Clinical research services & Sanjeevani services => 4th company (www.sanjeevanicro.com) is closed 5th (www.sanjeevaniservises.com) is running -- closing date don't know...!
may be few other company names have running - Don't have clarity.

Sanjeevani services - Now this company is located @near lal banglow, begampet, hyderabad. (SAS & clinical Traing)

He is having much knowledge on surfing & provide/create few dummy projects with all necessary documents. He is saying i am having many years of experience on different clinical projects, but he don't have any thing experience on CRO as like principle consultant or high roles.

Respected Sir, I, rama krishna, request your forum to immediately remove a comment in a complaint against Lanka srinivas. I posted a comment on 28th dec 2011 and i found that because of his blind beliefs on some body he get that problems and i got mentioned bad information due to communication problem. I want to get it removed or deleted as soon as possible. With Regards rama krishna.

he doesn't have any projects.
he is recruiting new candidates and he is telling them to place in mnc s.
like Accenture, Novartis, paraxel, cytel and many more.
please dont join here and dont spoil your lives like us.

he is giving dummy & not related to clinical research
works to employees and not giving them salaries also.

they give dummy work to their employees.
and he is not giving salaries also for them

and now he is recruiting the people to gain money.
they are telling that they shows placements in mnc s

please don't join in that company and don't spoil your lives.

I know who you are and can't tolerate any more. i am taking all the screenshots and proceeding legally. lets meet in the court of law on impersonification basis.
I even contacted consumer compliants to get IP address from where it was loaded. You will definetely pay for the damage done to Sanjeevani and Mr. Lanka Srinivas. Blaming Mr. Lanka Srinivas is like seeing up and spitting on moon...it will ultimately land you in the soup. Get ready to feel the heat!!!

In case you feel that Sanjeevani doesn't have any projects, kindly check the ctri.nic.in website and clinicaltrials.gov
You and your shameless group have looted lakhs of rupees from Mr. Srinivas, not stopping with that, you have even flewed off with a very good project to some XXXX company. On top of that, you again start blaming him, this is totally bull ...People like you are like virus...you look up for a host to multiply yourself and ultimately killing the host mercilessly...and you talk about morals!!! Shame on you...

I has been attended to visit Mr. Srinivas Lanka and feel happy after talking with him. I don't know why people use these websites to post nonsense information on experts like him. I feel ashamed to see this information on him.

I has enquired all about this information. I was shocked after knowing the facts. Its very shame about the people who posted the information on Mr. Lanka Srinivas. Plz do not believe the information which was posted by shameless people.

I has seen the information with proofs regarding the above information...i request all to read the information and judge by themselves.

"I ve got into agreement with BL solutions to share 50-50% profit in the business in process which he shall provide projects and I (square consultancy services) shall provide him service providers companies. Between Samudrala Prasad has played lot of games to take maximum share of the profit by introducing three of his friends as business partner (Vera Kumar, Pavan, and fanidhar karthik). Of which he gave three different agreements with veera kumar, Umesh Shanker of On Time associates, B'lore and fanidhar karthik, pavan Kumar. When i asked about payment of the amount which Mr. Samudrala venkata Prasad gave an insufficient bank deposit checks amounted 7 lakh (personal check) and 5 lakh (current account check) and a blank check. I ve dealt about 68.925 Cr (worth total projects value) business with him and he sharing not a single rupee with me other than few bounced back checks. Project Dealt with Service providers and their project cost. From 2008-10. Bell Canada solo mobility process 3 yr contract. 5.525 Crore Web based software Development project. 80 lakh Five Web development Projects + Maintenance 42 lakh each. 2.10 Crore World craft Animation & gaming project. 1.5 Crore Medical Form Filling Process for 400 seats. 60 crore[protected][protected] Total 68.925 Cr After which I ve sent them a lawyer notice but there was no response from them. It’s already been 7 months I m alone going to court but the court of miyapur still considering the case.
