[Resolved] Black & Veatch — Cheater Employer

This complaint is of Black & Veatch consultancy (Located in Powai-Hiranandani) which is US based company. I was interviewed by this company for the post of engineer. after a month time second interview conducted & given a appointment letter to me. I accepted the appointment letter & confirmed the joining date.

After two days of it I got a call from HR of the company(Mr. Subhajit Sengupta) saying that your appointment is on hold till further notice. This has happened after I placed my resignation in present company. Such a embrassing moment !!

Although this is a private sector such type of actions by company 'd be punishable.

Please do the needful if somebody can.

Black & Veatch — Non receipt of Credit cards Statement for Dec'08

I have not received my Credit card statement (card no. [protected]) till date. How can I pay now. Kindly send it as early as possible otherwise I am not going to pay you extra money as a fine.

I think you should have complained to Powai police station with all your evidence & get FIR against the company.
Also you could have send all the detail evidence at Black & Veatch head office US by email with all your evidence to draw attention of their CEO. Generally companies like this don't do this but the local employees & small king heads/HR they ruin the reputation like this. I think if possible you should take them to court.
