I had mailed a parcel (cosginment no.[protected] on 14th June from Gurgaon, Vega Courier (ph:[protected])[blazeflash dealer] for Allahabad, UP. Till date there is no information about the parcel.There is no update on the website and the no one has idea where the parcel is right now. Dear MD, One of my Docket with Docket No.[protected] is being send from Agra on 24 th Nov.12 as its was urgent Docket of Dr.Lal path Labs but till date at Bulandshahr it has not Delivered as i have confirmed it from your Office.
Bulandshahr Franchisee do not pay any attention for the query and do not have any online facility .What is this .Is this is a way of Service which effects the brand of Company.
