My opinion dnt go for this builder...He is a big cheater...Finishing are not at all of even C class...after registration nobody will be bothered to respond to calls & to get the work done we have to run behind site engineer...no managing partners are capable of asking questions to site engineer...he will work at his wish...I am experiencing it... :(
BM Developers is worst builder, very bad reputation. always buys litigated lands and sells to innocent buyers at cheap prices and dosent even offer the amenities promised. Never buy from this builder, Bm Developers is a cruel builder, has troubled me also for payments, they actually are hooligans and demand payment, even if respective floor not completed and do not deliver the project on time.
