I would like to bring your notice on the problem being faced by residents of Anita Nagar, Lokhandwala Township, Kandivali (E), Mumbai - 400101. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity i.e. Building 7, 8, 9 & 10. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.
So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send Dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

We live at Kasturba cross road number 5, borivali east. There are around 8-10 dogs in our area and they start barking at 2AM every night and wont stop for about an hour. They are a real nuisance. Some of the dogs are diseased and a serious threat to public health.
Please send a dog cather to resolve the issue.

In our street there are around 5-6 dogs they probably seen in hole day, they bark on every animals and as well as on other people everyday, they even bite small children while going to bring some bread or milk from shop.

I am Ishwar Manila from 1st Floor, Room No.101, Prabhu Niwas, Chittaranjan Road, Opp. Central Bank of India, Vile Parle (E) Mumbai - 400057. I would like to inform you that, in our street, there is a black colour Dog which disurbe very much and it enter in to the building and sit on the building staircase. It disturb members of the building who gos up and down on the staircase. This dog is never ready to get out from the building steps evern if we tell to go out forcefully. This is very ugly in nature an old. You are requested to teke out from our building and help us.

in my society their r some street dogs, who always bark/ bite the trespassers/ members of the society when ever we enter into the society or catching the lift, everyone r afraid of this dogs, They Had bite 4-5 Times to People. But Still There is No Action Against these DOGS

I Live in Amboli Andheri west and there is an issue with people having pets every morning they get their dogs for a walk and their dogs on the footpath and on the road they don't even use a poop scoop they just l;eave it there i wish for BMC to charge sever fines for such type of careless people who dirty up the surrounding. The fines should also be for those people who go about feeding stray dogs with uncooked food.

We have a market running in the day where there are chicken and mutton shops.
But the dogs are not a problem during the day. They come at night at around 1:30 a.m.
There are around 10 - 15 dogs who come from other areas in groups of 4 and 6 and enter the buildings and take away cats.
I come late in the night from my office. One day I witnessed a group of 6 dogs cordoned a little boy 7 - 8 years old and were about to attack him at that very moment I entered the lane on the bike and honked the horn. After hearing the horn they ran away but the child was crying and shivering with fear.
2 days back I saw they took away a kitten from my building and I found blood stains on the floor near my home.
I am writing this because I came to know about this forum today.
This is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and do something immediately in this area before something untoward happens to any o[censored]s.

SIR THERE ARE MANY STRAY DOGS IN OUR SOCIETY AND THEY ARE INCREASING IN NUMBERS DAY BY DAY. SIR THEY ARE SO WILD THAT WE ARE AFRAID TO GO IN OUR SOCIETY BECAUSE THESE DOGS ARE SO MANY IN NUMBERS THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GO IN OUR HOUSE SAFELY WITHOUT RUNNING. SIR WHEN THEY SEE ANYONE THEY START BARKING AND START JUMPING ON US AND TRY TO BITE OUR LEGS. SIR THEY KEEP BARKING WHOLE NIGHT AND DAY. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SLEEP IN NIGHT.
