Bmw Automobiles — fraud lottery prize

i got an e-mail addressed bmw automobiles, for lottery prize n they asked for my details, i gave them my address and contact no., i got a call that to issue my lottery prize i will have to pay 25,000 rupees immidiately, due to lack of time i was not able to decide what to do and finally we trusted it and paid it to:- mr. raj kumar chetroi,
ICICI bank,
account no.[protected]
i got certificate from the company which was fake.yesterday
after this payment they further send some kind of clearance certificates and asked to pay 1.5 lacs rupees and then we got to know that it was totally fake.
a person named James Butler , mobile no. [protected] talks about this lottery and is a fake person in navi mumbai.now on asking to return that payment they disagree and continuing to make others fool.
plz trace this person's acct no. in bank and the mobile no. to save all others to be cheated.
